Avoid this company – I never received my order or my money.
I placed an order and waited over 2–3 months, but my items never arrived.
After I contacted customer service, they kept sending excuses instead of resolving the problem. They claimed their logistics company was overloaded and even told me that the delivery company would compensate me because the parcel was supposedly insured. Of course, I never received any compensation, and I never received my order either.
The whole experience was frustrating. They kept making promises but never provided a solution. I also noticed that the original website disappeared and the company now appears to be operating under a different name (Loverssale).
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I paid for my order, received nothing, and was left with empty promises.
Stay away and don't waste your money.

I lost money,bought clothes from them in Spetember.
It is now 19th November and I have still not recived the package.
I received emails full of promises for a week but, since then nothing, I am being ignored.
No package and no refund.

SCAM!! I have been trying to get my order since August 29, 2025 [today is November 9, 2025]. I have several (15) emails back and forth where they just lie about sending and resending my order. They also refuse to give me a refund although they admit I have not received my order. Do not give them money.

Ordered clothes on september 5th. Still haven't received them and any emails to them about this are responded to with an auto reply just saying they have been shipped etc. Do not buy from these guys

I'd give then negative stars if I could. Placed an order in August. Says package was delivered on Sept. 9th. Still not here and customer service is no help. Trying to get refund now, buy no reply to emails. Frustrated that this store was on my Facebook feed.

I ordered clothes from the company three weeks ago. I have not received anything from them. I wrote to them and they don't reply and they blocked me from Facebook for telling the truth. I would appreciate help to get my money back . I would appreciate it if somehow I can get hold of this company. I am a pensioner who has had my money stolen from me and not received the item. I have all the receipts. I would appreciate help to get this message to the person responsible

Never received my order. I did get a tracking number it said delivered but it never was sent numerous emails only to get the exact same reply to every one. They said we will contact our courier to expedite delivery like they dont read the emails. I sent an email about micky mouse eating toast just nonsense and I still got the exact same automated reply. Avoid at all costs

I made a purchase and paid in advance at clubclothe.com / ilovedealss on June 5 2025.
Never delivered. Many e-mails with excuses for delay bla bla… Now they don’t answer anymore.
TOTAL SCAM. They steal your money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered on August 3, 2025, and my order was worth approximately €28.28. They provided me with a tracking number and said it was delivered on August 30. Nothing ever arrived. I then sent multiple emails requesting proof of delivery, but they responded repeatedly, stalling for time with generic and unreliable responses: - first, the package was already delivered.
- then: the package is still "in transfer station."
- Clear contradiction → Inconsistent tracking and responses.
Today, they say I should wait patiently and the package will definitely arrive, when in fact the tracking always shows it as delivered on August 30. This is inconsistent and works in their favor by extending the delivery time. Today, since I already have all the proof (tracking showing "delivered" and package never received + contradictory responses), I'm filing an official complaint with the bank, hoping to get a refund. Never order anything from Clubclothe. Worst online shopping experience of my life. I'm just wasting my time and money. Horrible.

I ordered a few pieces of clothing. Came accros apple pay as Deallslovers. Email says shipped. Tracking says delivered. Nothing arrived. Every attempt to contact customer service says that it's undeliverable. It's a scam and I wish I had done the research first before I ordered.

I did an order on 5.08.2025 of 36$.
On the site it says it has been delivered on 1.09.2925, but IT'S NOT.
No communication from ANY courier either
I wrote to 2 of their email address, but I receive 2 advises of no-delivery. They are definetely SCAMMERS.

say they take paypal but dont its just a load of rubbish to make you feel safe about putting in your card details. Dont!
