Website was easy to navigate . No issues at all . It is the first time I have used clovedale and will use them again in the future

Ordered a jacket from this company no way was it a XL the sizing was for a child.
When emailing customer service they wanted pictures of labels and the product . I sent through pictures showing no labels of sizing. Then they wanted more pictures. They offered me to keep the jacket and send another £12 something for a second jacket. I didn’t want another just wanted to return. They even quoting international policy.
To return they don’t send an address.

Easy to order, lots of lovely styles, colours and products to choose from.

Do not order from this company !!! Took nearly two weeks to arrive and then I wasn't happy with the fit .and quality so wanted to return it !! Their easy no hassle returns dosent exist asked me for photos (which im not sending)so they could decide if i could return it never heard a company ask for this.before It's as if they don't believe me so will be their word against mine so we know which direction that will go !!!
I thort this company was a london based company seems they from the Netherlands and the returns is to China !!!
So avoid this company like the plague!!!

Avoid this company, the negative reviews here are 100% correct, Expect to receive your items poorly made in around 3 weeks and looking nothing like the advertised pictures you purchased them from, sizing is all wrong, and have a good camera ready to take multiple pictures for them, only to be told you have to cover the cost of returning the items "Hassle Free!" Dont buy here!!!!!

CHEAP GOODS FROM CHINA. CARDIGAN I ORDERED WAS SO FLIMSY THE STITCHING HAD UNRAVELED LEAVING A BIG HOLE. RETURN POLICY STATES THAT CUSTOMER PAYS FOR REURNS APART FROM IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY. DESPITE PHOTIGRAPHIC EVIDENCE THEY REFUSE TO SEND TRACKING INFORMATION AT THEIR EXPENSE. THEY SAY THEY WILL SEND ANOTHER GARMENT OR I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN. THEIR WHOLE WEBSITE IS A SCAM - RETURN POLICY IS A LIE AND THEY ARE CONNING CUSTOMERS THINKING THEY ARE GETTING A QUALITY PRODUCT AT A PREMUIM PRICE WHEN ALL ITEMS ARE MADE IN CHINA, ARE EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS ON THE SITE. THIS COMPANY ALSO GOES BY THE NAME MOVA AND LABEL LONDON SO PLEASE SEE TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS OF THESE COMPANIES.

Very easy to order and purchase things I like, so thank you for that, also love the style of the trousers and they aren’t even here yet, but was exactly what I was looking for.

I just wanted a green dress for my birthday and it came up and I instantly liked the look of it ,I hope I feel the same when its delivered.

The website says “no hassle returns” I've had everything but. This is company is a scam and been nothing but hassle - sent mutliple emails due to the dress been such cheap material and they offer a return which is £40 back to china so i would be more out of pocket and all they have offered is 30% refund in the extact same font as everyone has who has been ripped off by them. They are SCAM stay clear unless you wanted to be robbed by them and never get your money back and have something that feels cheap and doesnt fit

Absolutely gorgeous trainers. They met my criteria perfectly. Support and shock absorption. Plenty of colours. I usually buy plain pink but when I saw a pair with different colours I thought oooooo they will go with all my gym clothes. The price was also a surprise. I recommend at least have a look. This is first time I ordered in clovedale. So I ordered wrong colour but ive sent an email and they sort out so quick without any hassle.

Item was on sale so got a good deal for a very smart looking coat.

Ordered a dress when it came it was dirty and the size was to big for an 8 tried to return it after around 4 emails still haven't managed to get the return information and it looks like they want me to pay additional fees to return it/ there email below
