Brilliant service from the first phone call to the actual fitting, can't believe how quick it all happened measured up less than 2 weeks to the fitting. We had 3 units fitted took 1 hour to complete and a great price, old units taken away all left tidy so will definitely use again

The process was so quick and efficient. The new pane was fitted very tidily. The glass was so clear and made such a difference to the light in the room.

Very pleased with the quality of the window, the office kept in constant contact and the fitters completed the task with the minimum of fuss. Unfortunately the first window had a scratch on the glass which they duly replaced and although the replacement has been sent, it is disappointing that one of the Georgian bars don’t line up with the existing windows. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until the fitters were long gone. I understand it is difficult to measure the Georgian bars exactly but perhaps this is a process that could be improved upon.
