If I could give them zero stars, I would. The shoes are horribly uncomfortable and not at all "cloud-like" in terms of cushioning. The sizing was completely off as well, which is why I cannot use the shoes I purchased. I tried to start the return process by calling their customer support number. The person who answered was inexperienced and poorly equipped to handle my questions, but the bottom line was that the only way to initiate a return is to send an email to their customer contact email address. I then sent the necessary email and their response was to remind me that I am responsible for shipping costs to return the slippers. This was something I had anticipated because I had reviewed the return policy before making my purchase. What came next was a surprise though because they gave me a return address in Austria. Completely agree with the other reviewer who said they are likely pretending to be a US company. The product shipped from China (apparent from the tracking information) and the fact that I am being asked to return these to Austria is a clear indication that they do not have a real operation here in the US. Completely deceptive.

Do not purchase these under any circumstances! I came across their website which has amazing reviews so I ordered two pair. They took three weeks to arrive and are horribly uncomfortable. The company makes it out like they are based in the United States, but they shipped from China and if I want to return them, I have to pay to ship them to Austria. That is absolutely ridiculous! They do not post real reviews on their website.

Shoes don't fit, really large and already coming apart and can only return them to Austria. I was ripped off.

The shoes are poorly crafted. The return shipping cost is roughly 8 times the cost of the original shipping. This company is a scam and has questionable business practices. Even when you send the review to the company, they will not post it. They only post 5 star reviews.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering them. They were too big and were not comfortable said had to mail it back to Austria to get a refund! Bought 3 pair! They are crooks and should not be in business! 😡😡😡😡carm raubenstine

Ordered a pair of cloudy slides and they were very uncomfortable and didn't fit right. I contacted them via email. I wanted to send them back and I discovered that I would have to send them to Austria. This would be very expensive, not worth it. They offered to give me credit for another pair this time. I ordered flip-flops and they again were very uncomfortable. I sent them another email telling them I will send both pairs back to Rolling Meadows which was the address of the package on the second pair. My response was that I had to send them to Austria. THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Very comfy I bought 3 pairs they all fit a little different and one pair trip me quite often they now have a crack . They are k for around the house but not for waking long distance

Buyer beware. This company is dishonest. I have always been able to wear 7.5, so I ordered a 7.5. These shoes are way too big. They claim to allow returns, stated on their website. When the package finally arrived 3 weeks later, the shipping address said New York.

They have a professional website so I didn't think anything was strange. It feels shady. They are not located in the U.S. maybe they are in China?

The cost of returning a pair of $26 cloudie shoes at that shipping price is 50% of what was paid for the shoes. However, I didn't care I was planning to send anyway.

I am leaving my review on this platform because once I complained and asked to return them, they locked me out of my account. So here I am.

The quality of the shoe is very average. You can find a much better deal at Target, Walmart and pay way less.

Ordered 2 pair different color & only received 1 pair. Tried call customer service with no answer, emailed only for them to tell me oder is on the way & gave me the tracking number for the pair that got delivered. E-mailed again with no reply. Gonna reach out to PayPal & see what I can do there, smh never again! Don't do it people! Save ur $ & time.

I placed a duplicate order and realized it right away. They would not cancel one! The AI robot kept repeating the same thing in my email. Now I have returned the duplicate and the Bot is still st it, cant get any help with my refund. Im losing $65!

I ordered 3 pairs of slides on January 27, 2024. As of March 10, 2024, I still have not received my order. I've emailed them. A response was given. I've informed them that if the items are not delivered this week, I am requesting a refund. IF a NEGATIVE ZERO star was available, I'd use that. Never order anything from this company again. I would have given 0. I ordered a size smaller than I wear.. still to big. Can't even walk in them. Spent over a week trying to get return/refund info. Finally found out you pay to return (who know if youd even get a redund). Its all automated. No human.. Cost more to return than the shoes! Total rip, and they are not comfortable to me at all.

I fell for the scam. I was really hoping these would help my feet. I have planter fasciatis and was hoping I could use these around the house. I should have known not to buy from a Chinese company. After wearing for an hour the foam that felt so good at first has already gone flat and hard and my foot is hurting when I put them on. I’m just going to trash all 3 pair.

Full on bait scam. The shoes are 2 sizes too big, not comfortable at all. They have a return address in the US but want you to ship them at your cost to Austria which would cost about $30 at the least. Garbage

Awful. Shoes were not good at all for plantar fasciitis as advertised. Never wore them and accepted that I’d have to pay return shipping only to find out although they were shipped from NY they had to be returned to Austria!!!! At a cost of $30. Truly a scam

I think this is a scam, don't trust website, they need to be investigated! Got my order & want to return but I'm just getting a run around, DON 'T waste your $. I'm really mad, never had this happen before, don't know who to trust anymore.

Can I give a zero? The worst experience ever! Not a shoe (slides Amd clog) for planter fasciitis!!! Horrible. I’ll fitting and if you want to return, ship back to Austria! Ups $495 or post office $110. For 1 pair of shoes!!! I even have a $10 tip on my order. Now I am stuck with 3 pairs of shoes that I will now donate to someone in need. I am disabled Amd have a fixed income. So to lose over $100 for my order is a lot of money for me. Smh terrible!! Shameful!!

Placed an order on 2 September. Almost 2 months later I still haven't received it. When I contacted them requesting a refund, they said they won't do it as the order has been shipped. I explained that this was beyond the timeframes they quoted me and the tracking has not been updated since the logistics company received the order but they wouldn't budge. I have now lodged a dispute through PayPal. Don't order from them, they run a dodgy operation.
