This is the first time I have used Clothes Aid and would definitely use them again. I will be recommending my friends to do the same.

I booked a pick up online, received an email the day before with a time slot and the charity bags were taken as planned. No problems, great service.

So easy to use.
Everything went completely smoothly. Driver arrived when expected. He was cheerful and helpful.

Very easy to arrange a pick up on line. They came on the day I choose. I just left the bags outside and they give you a date and time and the bags were picked up on time.

Excellent service. Easy to arrange and liked that you could pick a few charities to donate to.

Absolutely fantastic! Came quite a long way too for my pick up. The man was lovely. He simply knocked, smiled, announced who he was, grabbed the bags and off he went. Great service and all for charity. Thank you xXx

Collection on time

Wonderful collection service as I am disabled and would not have been able to get my clothes to a charity shop. Hopefully some funds will be raised from them for a very worthy charity of my choice PDSA for all the poorly animals. Would definitely recommend.

The driver was very good, he called to let me know that they are almost at the house. The clothes were collected at the time promised.

It was easy to book a collection. The pick up date was confirmed and my 2 bags of clothes were retrieved from my drive. I was also informed of my collection.

This is a good cause for charity, you can pick your own, Bagged all clothes on Wednesday, went on line and was picked up today Thursday, Handy when you can't go to charity shops yourself, will be using them again, thanks.
