Absolutely straightforward. I got a text and an email advising me of the collection date and telling me what to do. Couldn't be easier and all for a good cause.

Received an email 15.50pm saying thank you and collection has been done. At 6pm my ring door bell and the bags are still there.

Very helpful gave them a date to pick up my stuff outside the house, the driver was very pleasent, will diffenly use again, thank you 😊

So easy to use,pick your date leave your bags outside your door on the agreed date and they are collected.
I am clearing wardrobes prior to moving house and clothes aid are making it so much easier for me.Will be using them again and again !!!!!

Parcel collected by a Gentleman who arrived just before 7am , as the collection times had changed due to how busy the company is with collections. He rang me as I hadn't put the bags out and was So Polite and Apologised for collecting so early but he really didn't need to apologise. I Appreciate he came to collect and am Grateful. Thank You So Much.

There are not enough great things that I can say about this company! I was booked a pick-up within 2 days. I wrote them a note on the booking that I was disabled and asked if they could come inside my home to pick up the 3 bags I had. NO problem.

A gentlemen arrived about noon on the day of the pick-up. He was kind and friendly. I thanked him for coming inside to get my bags. I will be using this company in the future. I like the fact they take not only clothes but bric-a-brac items as well.

From ringing up and my items being picked up,was really good.

I came across this charity online on a bank Holiday and booked a collection. Company sent a text to confirm booking and day if collection. I left the bags outside. They were collected and recieved a confirmation email few days later to confirm. Very useful service.

Nobody showed up to collect so why send me an email saying driver successfully picked up my donation .. I have since given them to someone else

Prompt collection, kept update with times and days. Good service
