deceptive, very poor results, you have to pay 1 year subscription, no monthly option. and you cant refund. once you're in you will realize that what was presented in the webinar is far from what the software can perform.

We're transparent that Clonio is an annual subscription, and this is clearly outlined before purchase. We do this to give members proper time to learn the platform and see results, as short-cycle video strategies genuinely need a few weeks to gain traction. But have also just released a monthly plan for those who want to try it out on a monthly basis.
Due to the nature of our platform, we are unable to offer refunds. When you use Clonio, AI credits are consumed immediately to generate your scripts, animations, and voiceovers. These resources are used in real time and cannot be recovered, which is why all sales are final, and we do make sure to list this on our website before you make a purchase.
That said, if you feel the software isn't right for you, we'd love to help. Please reach out to our support team at support@clonio.io and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution. We don't want anyone feeling stuck.

If you are reading this, hopefully you haven't yet purchased it and you are doing your due diligence, at the moment the product is awful. It's meant to be able to make a reel from 5 uploaded videos but it's a scam as the characters in each video change even when prompted not to, and the end result is not good enough to use. The company also goes by the name of Kippa.io so watch out. You'll know it by the AI advert and AI sales video. Hope you don't get sucked in too. Will add a YouTube video on it later in the month to show how awful it is.
Update 7th April @clonio I already reached out to your team who just referred me to your videos which are useless. Have you updated your support team too? I didn’t purchase it in January 26 for it to start working in April 26. Nothing wrong with my prompts they work perfectly ok on Fal.ai and Kling.ai.

We recently rebranded from Klippa to Clonio. The issue you're describing with character consistency across clips is something we've been actively working on, and we've rolled
out updates that significantly improve this. AI video tools are evolving fast and we're committed to staying at the front of that. This is more than likely down to the prompt that you used to generate your videos, and is a known limitation of Ai models, that is outside of our control.
We'd really like the chance to walk you through the latest version and show you the improvements. Please reach out to us at support@clonio.io we're happy to help personally or discuss a resolution if you'd prefer.
It is a scam
It is a scam. It used to be klippa.ai and they changed the name. They stop responding, the product doesnt work as they claim, and they steal your money. I used free credits to try it out then asked to cancel and refund and have sent over 20 emails. Avoid this company.

We have an average response time, during working hours of 42 minutes for all our customers, so If you've sent emails and not received a response, something has gone wrong on our end and we
sincerely apologise. Please reach out to support@clonio.io with your account details and we will prioritise your case personally. No
customer should ever feel ignored.
