I bought 2 pairs of Cloggs from cloggs.us. I never signed up for anything else.
4 months later I realized that Cloggs has been charging my credit card around $34.99 USD every month for a subscription that I NEVER agreed to!.
What in the name of the lord is a subscription to Cloggs.us for!???? $34.99 / month!!!
Note that at no moment during the purchase they notify or even ASK about a subscription!... they just go ahead and subscribe you without your consent!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Got a pair of Clogg's from this company (Clogg's US) in August and everything was okay. Until I check my account and I can see I have been charged USD$34.99 for a monthly subscription that I would never sign up for! Have contacted support and they have advised they will only refund 1 charge. I have been charged this 6 times since August. Support have said customer have the opt out option when purchasing which is false. I have looked at the website and there in nowhere in the purchase cycle that it states you're signing up for a monthly rip off! I have been fighting with "Mayla" from support and I have been on her case. Will see if I ever get my money back. if not, charge back from the bank will be processed. It's $209 that they owe me! STAY AWAY

I finally received my order today…
I finally received my order today almost one month after I purchased them. Customer service was, well shit. Two to three day delays hearing from them. When my package arrived today the package was shit. The cliffs smelt like chemicals. They fit great. Compared to others I’ve purchased from generic brands, they’re average. I don’t recommend this company. Also I ordered them off of their instagram shop and noticed that all of their comments on insta were disabled if that tells you anything. If I could post pics I would.

This company is a scam company. The market real products and send you knock offs from China months later. they also charge you a $39 monthly membership which they hide in their terms and conditions. I had to cancel my card. go through resetting all my accounts on autopay. Run from this company....My daughter was all excited and I ended up paying $440 for 4 pair of $5 shoes. Only to go to the real store and purchase her real ones.
Slow Shipping, Worse Customer Service
My experience with Cloggs was horrible. Not only did the shoes that I ordered ship 2 months later from when I ordered them, but they were never delivered to the correct address. I shipped them to my house and the delivery picture looked like it was a mail room?? Absolutely the wrong location. I reached out to customer service about a refund or shipping a new pair, but they did not do anything about it. Also, their website shows that they have 4 star reviews with TrustPilot when they clearly have a majority of 1 star reviews.

Not willing to offer a refund even though I sent them a screen shot of their return policy on their website. They said not on sale items. I sent them a screenshot of my invoice and I did not get anything on sale. I tried calling to get refund of CRAZY shoe subscription (WTF is that??) and couldn't get anyone. I'll have to go through my bank to get that refund. DO NOT BUY FROM CLOGGS.US. Such a scam of a company and should be shut down!!!
Pay the extra for the real thing
Don't do it! Just pay the extra and get the real thing. The frustration is not worth it. The customer service and responses suck!! 2 months and still no shoes.

This site is dishonest. The products are of extremely poor quality, and the customer is automatically signed up for a subscription (billed monthly) without the customer's knowledge. I am disappointed that a company would take advantage of customers like this one has. Will not recommend and will not use again.

This is fraud. I was charged with a guaranteed shipping date over a month ago. I never received the shoes. When I e-mailed customer support, they stated they had not shipped yet. I immediately e-mailed back asking for the order to be canceled and refunded, so they sent me a "tracking number" and said it was too late and they'd already shipped. Convenient...
I reported the charge as fraud with my credit card. Now, over a month later, I just received an unauthorized second charge on my credit card.

Product and Service was horrible, I purchased Items back in December 05, 2025 received Items January 7, 2026, They are made in China, Shoes sizes are way off, i ordered Size 10, my US size is 8.5-9. Shoes can wear 5yesr old, when i requested to returns or exchange, Mishelle C. from customer service said products are not refundable, i should refer their sizing chart before ordering. How they sizing chart is helpful ? after i ordered size and half bigger than i normally wear. Also very thing materials . DO NOT BUY CLOGGS.

Ordered these as a gift for the holidays. They arrived after the holidays and were very dissapointing. The quality of the product is terrible and there is an overwhelming smell of plastic when you open the packaging.
On top of that, the return process it excruciating. The company constantly gives you the runaround, offering only 30% refund. Seems that they dont even want their product back and will say anything to not give the refund. Ridiculous!

They do not follow their own return policy. It took customer service over a week to return my emails. At which time I was informed that I couldn’t return shoes that did not fit because it wasn’t their fault. On top of that I was signed up for a monthly subscription. It was easy to cancel, but not after I was charged $34.99!

Definite Scam
The merchandise took over a month to come, which is surprisingly not the bad part. When I finally got them, I tried them on, and they didn’t fit. The feel like they’re made of wood and the straps are a sup cheap fabric that stretches which makes them slide around when you’re walking.
I had to correspond for several weeks to finally get a “partial refund” because the merchandise was “on sale” which means it’s not refund eligible. They mark up their prices just to put them on sale as a loop hole to avoid providing refunds which is shady business.
Then months later I see I’ve been charged $34.95 per month by them. After weeks of requesting answers and a refund, they told me I signed up for their rewards program. I did not. I checked my order several times and forwarded it to them but now they’re ignoring me. Going to have to dispute it with my bank
