I’ve used payroll companies for nearly 14 years now. And for assistance, communication, and putting the contractor first above all. I honestly say clock work and it’s staff are the best I’ve ever used. I’ll use them where ever possible now going forward

Firstly margin fee lower compare to other companies I’ve used before Early in the week payslip so if there will be any mistakes there is time to put things right and also very easy and quick registration online

i was paid for less hours than I worked, the payment was quick and the service provided professional.

Understanding the seperation between payment provider and payroll solution as apposed to Employment Agency is confusing as the legal contract states Clockwork Contracting are both the payroll/payment provider and the employer thus making the agency nothing more than an administrational provider although legally they have no agreement with the main client or the employee

My experience has been great with my employer, they are very very reliable, if you call or message them about any problems, they respond fast to your problem. I guess they're the best for now.

This is my first time being paid through clockwork contracting, pay was correct, and on time. The staff are fantastic, even phoned just to make sure I had received my payslip on time.

My payslips arrive in a timely manner. Any queries are promptly answered and I am kept up to date with text messages on a regular basis.

Made my experience great always I have got an advice of my payment 1or 2 days before of the date and the company doing well always I get paid on time
