DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INDIVIDUALS. I purchased a grandfather/curio clock from this company and cancelled the order because of the constant delays in delivery. They offered a discount on the item which I accepted. After it was finely delivered it took 3 months to get it set up by a dealer here in south Florida. There are still parts missing.
Scam
Ordered a console bar cabinet in mid March 2022. They charged my CC immediately. Four months later no word on when I will receive the item. Called them multiple times and no one answers. A couple of months ago they called me to schedule delivery. Still haven’t received it! Thankfully I placed hold on the CC payment. Now their website won’t even load!!

Don't buy from this company!! It's a fraud. I'm having the same experience as the others. I ordered a curio cabinet months ago and they give me the same run around. On delivery truck, blah, blah, blah for 2 months now. I will report to my credit card it's a fraud. Damn that makes me mad!!!

After 4 days had passed i started emailing about the package all i got was a run around about shipping delays due to the current economic times. since than i haven't gotten a response. no return emails, have never gotten a hold of a live person when i called them an now it looks like they have gone out of business. busy signal when i call an the website has disappeared

I have a similar experience to so many others. I cant believe I was so stupid to fall into this trap. I ordered a clock on May 3 with the promise of white glove delivery in a week. Well i have heard nothing other than the full charge on my debit card. I contacted the company several times but have not received a response. Now the web site appears to have been taken down. I should have spent a few hundred extra bucks and went throuh Amazon. Stay away
I bought a curio in mid March
I bought a curio in mid March, advertised it was in stock and ready to ship, received shipping updates for a few weeks and now nothing. I called numerous times, no call back. I have never been able to speak with anyone. I sent tracking requests, etc. With no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB and will now start the fraud process with my credit card company. For the past 2 days the website has been down and now the customer service number is constantly busy. I am beyond disgusted. I bought a curio from them about 3 years ago and it was a great experience, not sure what happened to the company. I was billed by a company called Gift Theory, now it's time to go after them as well for my refund!

As with all reviews here...terrible service, only open 4 hours a day and either email, website or call, NO way to speak to a human, they promise to call you back and they dont. I tried everything in good faith and have given them over 50 days to respond with ANYTHING. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. Big Fat Zero. Stay away.

Awful. The company literally doesn’t exist.
I ordered 2 cabinets the 1st week of March, they charged me the full amount the same day (close to $4000). Now it’s almost end of May and there is no tracking or no updates online.
No customer service.
I’ve been calling and sending my number for return call and nothing.
I also sent several web requests. Still nothing. It’s a fraud!
I have no other options rather than the credit card dispute.

I don't think they exist. They promised 3-4 days delivery. I ordered on March 24th for $1,575. I get emails every couple of weeks to state that it is on its way. Of course it is not. After waiting 2 hours on the phone I got some one called Amy with a badge # 6985. She promised me that I will receive my refund. These people must be stopped.

My heart sank when I read some of these reviews since they are similar to what we've experienced with the cherry wood bar we ordered in December 2021. It's now mid-April 2022 and I haven't gotten an update in 3 weeks when the status was updated to "Delivery Scheduling". I asked for an update 4 days ago but have heard nothing so far. Tried to call and talk to a person. A recording told me I would get a call back or email in 1-3 hours. I'm just sick since they already have my money.
As an update on May 16, 2022, I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of California.
As an update on May 31, 2022, I received a notice that they have filed bankruptcy today in the mail. There is a link on Howard Miller's website (top left corner of their home page) for ClockWay customers who have been affected by this. I just submitted my information and got a response that a Howard Miller rep would contact me soon.

I ordered from clockway and was charged $4,365 on my card on 12/15/21 for a cherry wood bar. I had decided to purchase from clockway because they said they had the item in their warehouse in ca. and i would receive it to pa. within 3-4 weeks. In mid jan 2022 i started calling clockway since i hadn't even had a call to schd the delivery. If/when you can even get someone on the phone they are always polite and apologize for the delays. They then put you into the canned recording saying they will send you an update on your delivery. i've called twice a month since jan and always receive the same email or recording on the phone that my order is at the trucking company warehouse for delivery to my house. I have heard this recording for 4 months, it is now april 2022. No bar and no call to schd a delivery.
initially they said its because i have the white glove delivery (which I didn't). they removed that in Jan. which was supposed to make delivery quicker. obviously not so, as it's now April 2022.
I'm afraid to cancel the order as i read other reviews where people canceled their order and never received their refund or their ordered item. I have waited this long and just want my item i paid for months ago.
This is my experience to date with clockway. I will post my update every month until i receive my $4,365 bar. You can make your own decision if you have not yet placed an order w clockway...

i guess a class action suit is next.. looks like i'll have many to join the suit from all the reviews!
TERRIBLE SERVICE
This is, without exception, the worst company I have ever worked with. It promised my order would be delivered within 10 days to two weeks. It is now over two months, with no sign of my product. When you call the service number, you simply get a series of recordings. Clockway charged my credit card over two months ago, but still no response or product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Impossible to make a return
Impossible to make a return. I bought a clock as a gift. The recipient did not want it so I decided to return the item. After receiving an RMA and filing out the forms and shipping the item back it has been 6 weeks and no refund or response. I would absolutely avoid ordering anything from this company.

I ordered a clock from clockway in July 2021 and was informed that I would receive my order by mid August 2021 in time for a birthday gift. It is Now almost March 2022- approximately 8 months later and still no clock. I paid thousands of dollars for the clock and still have not received any product. I have not been offered a discount of any kind for the massive delay. Please consider that you may not receive your purchase for the better part of a year if you purchase from clockway. I am not sure if I will ever receive my purchase. I have been waiting patiently to see what happens.

Please stay way from this website. I ordered a clock (369146622) on Dec 9th 2021 and they delivered a defective piece. I have been following up with them to send a replacement for close to 2 months with no resolution in sight. Their customer service is the worst, no number to reach out to and no response to emails as well. I wish I had seen other reviews on trust pilot before I bought this.

I ordered a bar cabinet on November 17 with a promised delivery date of between November 21-26. It is now the end of January and my cabinet has been in their "Booking Delivery Ticket" status for eight weeks. When I send them an email asking status, they respond by saying, "Congratulations! Your status has changed to Booking Delivery Ticket." I am now under the impression that I will never get my cabinet, and they have been enjoying the use of my money since the middle of November. Most companies don't charge your card until they ship your order. I feel as though I am going to need to give this to the fraud department at my credit card company! I highly recommend that no one attempt to purchase from this company!

I have ordered a cabinet on 7/14/2021 and have not received it yet. On their website, it shows that it has been at the delivery center for a week. They stated quick delivery. I tried contacting customer service by phone several times and had no answer during business hours. I have emailed them and their response is that they are following up on the delivery status of my order with the shipping department and sent an urgent request for an update. No luck. They replied that they will email me as soon as they receive an update on my order status. It has been over a week and I still do not have a delivery date

I ordered the most beautiful clock I've ever seen and signed up and was promised white glove delivery, being disabled which I explained I would need help with the delivery. When the clock came only one guy showed, he left the clock half in my house and hanging out the door. He said we don't do white glove anymore because of Covic19 and laughed as he said good luck.
