Good service, super helpful on the phone
I did have issue with my delivery but that was due to a strike action by royal mail. When I rang them, they was super helpful remembered when order had been sent out and said if I hadn't received by new year they would send one out urgently. Typical about an hour after speaking to them the package arrived. Love the leggings, they look and feel high quality. Will definitely be ordering again when I need more things.

All my products came in a smashed up…
All my products came in a smashed up cardboard box covered in regular tape.
The blade case on the inside has pink marks from drawing the logo on front. The A5 blades don't even fit in the case!
My Clipper Blade Maintenance Kit has the Blade Wash missing. My other spray products lids are broken.
Titanium Clipper Blade 30 was open and covered in products.
Very unhappy with the quality of everything that came! Never have i spent £100 of my own money and received products in such poor quality.
Not what I needed after qualifying as a dog groomer
Won't be buying anything here again

Perhaps you should have emailed us with your concern so we could rectify the issue before putting it on here. This is the first we have heard of this issue.

Great product the Clipit suit, I had one of these previously without the elasticated sleeves and these are a perfect addition to an already fab product.
