Groom suit
The quality of the suit I received is OUTSTANDING! I have tried many different overalls for dog grooming but this is the ONLY one that actually keeps me drive & hair free. It’s only $10 more to have it personalized, I really like the way it came together. Thank you, and when it’s time to retire this suit I’ll be ordering another!!! Thank you so much :)

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, great communication when I wanted to buy something but different story when wanted to return as items where missing out of dog grooming kit aswell and clippers that where clearly used with scratches up base, faulty very loud and very high vibration not fit for purpose. Only point of contact is an email adress which i had no response from. I had to go thought my collage to get any communication and wait and pray for refund. Which I did get after 2 weeks of worrying. No response to this day no apology and no return posting money refunded. Wouldn't ever us this company again.

We are sorry to hear of your complaint. As a small business we pride ourselves on a personal service. The student kit that you purchased was created in conjunction with your lecturer at Plumpton College. The kit price of £440 represents great value of money with good quality tools and accessories to get you started. When you initially contacted us, it was on a weekend. We do not respond to customers emails on a weekend, but do so first thing on a Monday morning. If a customer choices to return an item, as it says in out T&C's the return cost is down to you. We are not a sizeable company that can bear the free return cost. As with all refunds, that is done straight away, and as you choose to pay through KLARNA, it is down to Klarna's T&C's to pay back to your account. Finally as with all products, we would never send you a secondhand item. We are sorry again for the inconvenance on this occassion.
See through leggings and no response to my email
I bought 2 pairs of leggings and at first I was delighted because the fit was perfect. However when I looked behind me in the mirror I could see my underwear so clearly that I just can't wear them out in public let alone at my job! I emailed them complaining about this and asking about return policy but received no response. Won't be using again unfortunately.

Poor quality leggings. Didn’t have the ones in stock I originally ordered, I paid more for these and they’re absolute rubbish!

Clipit Quattro Cordless…
I bought the Clipit Quattro Cordless Clipper back in Nov and really couldn't be happier. I didn't want to review them straight away and thought I would give them a good test over the Christmas rush.
They are light weight, fit lovely in the hand and very comfortable to clip with. The charge is amazing and lasts me a few days I groom roughly 5 dogs a day professionally in a salon . They also charge relatively quick and you can use them whilst plugged in too. They have a charging guage which lets you know when the battery is getting low. The blades leave a lovely finish and fit well with my comb attachments . I like the fact I can change the cutting blade when they need sharpening. I highly recommend these clippers and very happy with my purchase.

We have checked your tracking number that we provided, and UPS are waiting for you to pay your Import Duty, before the suit can be delivered. Recycled performance leggings, would buy again
I bought the recycled performance leggings and I really like them, worn them in the groom room and they are definitely hair resistant, hairs did not make me itch at all. They are comfy and warm.
I am a size 10, 5 ft 4 and size S was perfect, my only comment is that I would have liked them to be a little longer.
