I love clinicsense, it has streamlined my client’s booking experience- they are personable and amazing with customer service, thoroughly exceeding expectations. On the back end of it SOAP notes are easy, clear and concise (and so customizable!) Incredibly easy to navigate… I can’t say enough good things! I recommend it to all the bodywork practitioners I know!

I was amazed at the speed of response to my inquiry. Not only was the response fast, but the representative made me a personalized video showing me exactly how to fix my problem. To me, this is going above and beyond customer service. I am exceptionally happy with ClinicSense!

The convenience of my website for patients to schedule and get confirmation and regular is awesome . The only thing I could wish for is to be able to have more than 1 location set on the website other than that everything is perfect .

Just make easy, the invoice, receipts, making notes. Have everything in one place. I still think it’s a bit pricey but better than do everything by hand and paper.

Clinic sense is easy to use and my clients find it very easy to schedule appointments. I love that I can also send out newsletters from my client list rather than having to use another program. The support team was great at helping me get things set up as well. I'm almost a 2 year user and have no plans to change.

I have used clinicsense for over 5 years now. Its very simple and user friendly. It has kept my business organized, and has also made bookings seamless for myself and clients. They are great to deal with and have amazing help options.

I learned of ClinicSense when I was still in massage school in 2013 at a regional conference. At the time, I worked full time as a dental administrative assistant and was familiar with scheduling software pros and cons. I remember thinking if I ever did have my own practice, they would be my go to choice. After working for a couple of other practices with other software, I was anxious to get started with ClinicSense in 2021 when I finally went on my own. It is extremely user friendly and offers everything I need from booking to bookkeeping. My clients love the reminder feature, I love the communication tool for my monthly newsletter and overall the ease of scheduling helps me spend more time with clients than my laptop.

From day 1 (March 2024) ClinicSense has made my business run smoother! The support , upgrades, and communication are the best. Not just scheduling, soap notes are amazing, gift certificates, revenue tracking, and more!

I have been a ClinicSense customer for the last four years and I couldn't be happier. I find it easy to use, it's great for SOAP notes, online bookings, etc. The only thing missing is being able to create Memberships. I would like to phase out my package offer and instead offer a Membership. Hopefully, that is something they are considering.
