Shoes cheap looking and don't fit. Can't initiate a return as email address not recognised. What a rip off!

Sham website. Cheap rubbish that is shipped from China. These shoes are definitely not orthopaedic or special in any way and when you try to return them they say you have to pay to return to China.

I wish I would have checked trustpilot before ordering from these scam artists. The product I ordered and what I received were completely different. The quality was horrendous, not even close to what was advertised on the site. When I sent photos and requested a refund, it took a week to get a weak response. They said they had to “check with their supplier” then after multiple back and forth as I was told to send the item back to the following address and only then would a refund be issued.

Lovely shoes, good fit, good looking and very comfortable

DO NOT ORDER from this company, they lie about their products, it os cheap and nasty rubbish.
They make it extremely difficult to return the rubbish and are just out to rip off innocent hard working people.
They are thieving scum.

Long time from ordering to delivery. I bought them half price thinking these would be better quality. They are good quality although id say not worth the higher price paid. I bought these because i have hammertoe and they still hurt my toes a little. Please be aware these ship direct from China when ordering.

Way to small about 3 size to small

Took a long time to arrive I ordered two pairs of slippers one pair of arrived. They are definitely not clinical slippers they give no support. They fall off your feet! They are not giving any arch support very disappointed. Also only one pair of arrived and the other pair I was asked if I could provide an address as it would get cancelled on that day. I wrote back and explained that the address is the same address as the one they had already sent some slippers too. No communication as to where these other slippers are absolutely avoid this company.

I bought a shoe for my daughter UK size 6, the shoe arrived late and it was small in size and not good quality at all . Tried returning, they don't seem to accept returns. It is a SCAM. Never buy from here.

My wife chose the shoes she liked ans completed the order. She is delighted with the product which is very fashionable but at the same time different and most importantly supportive.
Delivery was a bit slow but understandable.

Ordered a pair of leather slip on sandals for my husband. Wrong size arrived. They don't seem to want to change them. Avoid this company at all costs!

the shoes took a long time to arrive. The quality is questionable and whilst comfortable they aren't worth what they cost as they look and feel flimsy. not anything like my old ones with vibrate soles. I doubt they'll last long but didn't think it worth the hassle to return them

Goods not as described really cheap quality. The shoes were supposed to be orthopaedic needless to say they are complete rubbish. I argued the toss over a couple of weeks and unless I posted them back to china at my own cost the most I could get back was 40%.
Please don’t buy from this company. Learn from my mistake. The advert is VERY misleading.

Never received delivery, delivered to the wrong address

THIS IS 100% SCAM COMPANY SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM as I now have found out they are in China so no way do they care and items have to be returned to China!! I am kicking myself for not checking reviews before I ordered as I’m usually so careful. Item received after weeks & weeks and not as shown. Have been emailing so much and getting replies and told to send back to China. It will cost me so much and I bet 100% I’ll never receive a refund.

No correspondence so had no idea what was happening. Sent wrong colour and style plus they were shipped from China and supposedly a UK company

Shoes not as substantial as they looked (I need to have left shoe built up). Returns: BEWARE - you have to package and send them back to China. AVOID this company.

I recommend you by pass this business. Nothing clinical about their foot wear. I purchased shoes and insoles the insoles turned up in correctly sized and the packaging was all in Russian. Shoes that were ordered were listed as Orthopaedic walking shoes these eventually arrived and they are just cheap rubbish nothing Orthopaedic at all. In soles are cheap and thin, the sole of the shoe Is just soft cheap foam, zero support. My podiatrist has told me not to wear them.
I have contacted the seller and have had the usual send me pictures, I have chased them up with no response.
It appears that this is another dodge Chinese company

Ordered a size 5, but was delivered a size 3 on 14/09/26. Contacted the company via email sending photographs and copy of my order, didn’t get an acknowledgment back nor a reply. However, did receive an email asking me how to rate the conversation I supposedly had with them, which didn’t take place. The shoes do not seem to be as good as other barefoot shoes I have purchased elsewhere, seem very narrow defeating the object of the barefoot experience, that I thankfully get from my old faithfuls. I was waiting ages for my order, tracking, not really tracking, it was out for delivery for about 5 days. Poor service, failed delivery of correct goods paid for and the product, very disappointing. Right now 1 star is way too much it’s a big 5 minus for me.
