I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I had to move some belongings from the UK (after my mother passed away) to Germany.

Matt was beyond helpful in his emails and even offered a phone call when I'd got myself whipped up into a pickle about everything.

Well they did get the job done well, few dents I'm the wall but was a 3rd party movers (Britannia movers) so not Clickmoves fault.

I recently located from Chile to the UK, not a common route and consequently quite difficult to get information about and the process seemed quite intimidating,

When I was originally looking for quotations, Matt & Clickmoves struck the perfect balance of giving me all the information I needed, answering all my questions and doubts, being willing to discuss it with me, staying in touch and yet not getting in my face and hounding me to make a decision like several others did.

Matt helped me decide what capacity I needed and the best shipping method, helpfully explained all the choices and the implications of those choices.

The movers in Chile turned up on time when promised (no mean feat in Chile) and packed everything with great care and protection, documenting everything as they went. They were amazingly quick and willing to tackle anything.

As the contents proceeded across the globe, Matt kept me well informed of progress, though for much of the time there's not very much happening (sea freight) and so not much to be said. He guided me through the process with UK Customs which thanks to the thorough documentaiton from the packers and Matt's guidance was totally effortless..

I was informed when the contents made the UK and delivery arrangments were made. The UK movers arrived to deliver exactly on time and delivered everything carefully.

Matt ensured the quality and reliability of the service at both ends of the shipment and was readily available with last minute changes and questions.

Excellent service, precise and efficient communication, flexible arrrangements in the face of snow, sea, storm and strike, and no hassle. And not one single thing damaged.

It is perhaps also worth stating that it came in exactly on budget.
