Great variety, excellent customer service and deliver on time.
Click4 always have a great variety of products, I almost always get what I need and in the event that I don’t, I sign up to a stock alert. They are very friendly and very communicative via email. Their deliveries are always on time.

Please update the review with your order number as I looked for orders from Watson in May and found none. I can then look into it for you. It maybe that the order returned from the carrier or the email address on the order had a typo meaning our communications didn't get through to you

I’ve used click4balloons several time and the company is amazing. Website is easy to use and well laid out. Ordering helium is very easy and they give you all the information you need for a smooth purchase. Quick with communication and delivery. Especially during COVID-19.

Prices seem to be the cheapest around
Prices seem to be the cheapest around. There are a lot of balloons that seems to be ‘out of stock at the moment’. You get the opportunity to be notified Via email when they are available. Delivery has been a bit slow using the 2-4 day delivery option but that may be because of a reduced postal service at the moment. £2 delivery for orders under £25 is fair.

Thanks for the review, you are correct that the free 1-2 day was extended to 2-4 days due to carriers being slower due to COVID - which has also dramatically reduced the stock levels available in the UK as manufacturers are emptying warehouses and struggling to get fresh stock back into the country. Sadly greatly forces than us at play, but we continue to send what we can as fast as we can.

Below average website and below average after care. No phone line, no dispatch confirmation. Will not be re-using. Do not recommend. Only reason this is not a one star review is because the products are great prices.

Would love your order number Jack so I can check what email address you entered for the order, because if you have not received any emails from us, pre-despatch, tracking, receipt etc then that would indicate a typo on the email address. No phone line is due to furloughed staff caused by COVID - we have served 10,000's of customers throughout lockdown and done extremely well to continue supply efficiently so your 2 star review does not reflect our company fairly.

Delivery times have been much better than other balloon suppliers with online stores and they have been very quick to respond if items have been unavailable or will take longer to arrive. Products remain good quality and prices have not been affected, I will certainly continue to use this supplier as my main go to for balloon products.
