Great customer service, nothing is too much hassle

I've been looking for a website to be able to buy quality balloons for a while I had planned a large order and then read the reviews!! 😦🤔 And then decided to reduce my order incase of any problems - I have to say fantastic!! Next day service!! 👏👏Balloons perfect👌 everything arrived and I went back to order the rest of the items in my saved for later which were meant to arrive today and arrived on Saturday 😁😁 Unfortunately by the time I did the second order the 11" white balloons were out of stock.. 😔 Will definitely be ordering again!! 😍

Normally great and have used loads before but for stock items to then wait 2 weeks without an explanation means we won’t re-use & before you say everyone is struggling it’s still not acceptable not to be contacted with explanation… I gave three stars for previous good service otherwise if this was our first time it would be zero….. 1 C4B_BS1000W White Balloon Sticks 1000pcs (1-Piece) – production run due to finish Friday or Monday so we can send your order asap

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absalutely terrible customer service, response and communication. Ordered a 20L cylinder for same day collection from my local pickup place. Went to pickup was turned away as they stated they hadn’t received confirmation. Was then emailed by click4 to say the depot had been closed due to covid isolations however I was stood there talking to staff memebers who knew nothing about this issue.

Sent about 7 emails after this and had a return email saying you have to go elsewhere to collect it. Nearest depot after that was an hours drive from me. Sent several emails after that and had no response for over 24hours.

The next day still no response, sent more emails then eventually drove to the depot which was an hour away as I had an AP number and was yet again turned away as they also didn’t receive the authorisation papers from click4.

I will never be using this company ever again and I advise others not to either.

I run a business and my business has been heavily affected over two days due to the amount of hassle and running around I have had to do.

I still haven’t had an response from click4 about my SAME DAY COLLECTION.

Also asked for delivery and was declined this option.

Click4 also does not have a contact number which is ridiculous

I have been looking for good quality balloons and in a specific colour for a while now. I was so pleased to find them and placed an order which was very quick and smooth to checkout. Will definitely recommend and be back to purchase more.

Ordered £40 worth of balloons and they missed a few items off my order. I have emailed them 4 times and still no reply.

Order from somewhere else and save your money. If there’s problems with you order don’t expect anyone to sort it out.

Ordered 20/04/21 paid next day delivery 23/04/21 still nothing, no communication. Eventually replies to 3rd email “they didn’t have the balloon sticks colour I ordered they can send white. Why did I have to chase them ? I gave 2 other colour options, no we only have white. I agreed as needed stuff for weekend, assured it would be posted that day and I would get it on the 24/04/21 didn’t come till 26/04/21.

Didn’t reply to emails. Box was damaged items broke and missing. Scribbled writing on invoice only had so many white sticks out of the 250 production delay, then scribbled that out and put refunded which I never received a refund absolute joke.

Why let people make orders for next day delivery when you don’t have stock and people are relying on it . 100% never use again

You could of auctioned the refund as soon as you didn’t have the items in stock but no. I opened PayPal 8 days after I was suppose to receive next day delivery, still no order or refund. Your customer service terrible, no reply’s to emails, but it’s all good I phoned PayPal and they gave me the £7.50 refund from your account you didn’t refund it and a PayPal credit for the rest because they know I’m a valued customer and that from your reviews you seem to make a habit of this oh and it always seems to be the customers fault.

Who lets people order things for next day delivery pay for the pleasure and not have any of them in stock what about 10 colours of balloon sticks on the site which it let me order but all you had was white batches of 250 and all you had in stock was 160 white sticks.

I had forgetter to press pay at checkout and a simple not pushy email reminder prompted me to go back in.
Also the delivery is super quick.
