I have been using and recommending this company for nearly 15 years, however something has gone sadly wrong. The first pair of glasses I ordered turned out to be no longer in stock a week or so later, although I had obviously already paid for them. I then ordered a replacement pair and paid for those as well before getting a refund. I did not receive a final invoice for the second pair of glasses which led to a never ending string of emails to Customer Service which appeared to be generated either by AI or people who struggled to understand English. When I was finally sent the invoice it did not contain prescription details. When I asked them for these details to confirm my order they said they needed details of my insurance company first and claimed the information was private. Email after email in broken English. What an insult!

Hi there, I ordered 30 pack dailies of contact lenses. These arrived today and unfortunately I am unable to identify which are for the right or left eye? There is a box to tick at the side but notjing has been ticked in there. After opening them, nothing is different to help me identify. Please help!

Big messs about my order, staff confused and lost about stock and booking delivery

I have been ordering my glasses from Clearly for a few years now. The range is great, it's so easy to order online. If I have to contact their customer service team, things are sorted out really quickly. Glasses are to me within a fortnight and if anything isn't right, the return process is really easy.

Amazing. First time buying from them, just some eye drops I needed and they were cheaper than getting them locally elsewhere and the express shipping was free, and it came so fast to Auckland in like two days, ordered Monday night and then arrived Wednesday morning. Will order again!

Delivery of my contacts took almost a month, I rang and questioned this and was told they were still processing the order about a week ago this isn't good enough I will probably be looking at a new supplier.

My order took a very long time to arrive, so long that I thought I'd been scammed. I ordered on 9th April and did not receive until 15 May after two email enquiries.

There was a mistake with my order and I contacted them immediately via email and chat to cancel it. There was no reply for some time, and then I was told it was too late to cancel it and to just return it upon receiving it. Not only is this bad for the environment, I was not refunded shipping and handling so I lost out on this amount despite doing everything in my power to cancel the order within minutes of placing it. Poor systems.

This order was a ‘reorder’ which was made super easy, just clicked on a few links and updated my payment. Shipping was super quick! For reference, I ordered my daughters contact lenses the day before from another company and they still haven’t arrived!
