Brilliant and vibrant jewellery, lovley as a trat for yourself or perfect as a gift.

To be brutally honest I wasn't overly impressed, I put in 3 orders days apart as I was drawn in by the 'fabulous' offers and by the time the first lot had arrived I realised my mistake, the quality was not what I was expecting, some of the items were plastic (earrings with no backs to them) other items were the kind that turn your skin green after wearing for awhile and some items were broken, they looked a bit like the stuff you'd buy from Temu or the likes. I bought two necklaces for my friends who had recently lost their dog's and it was a paw on a chain, look very nice in the photos but when they arrived I would be too ashamed to give them as gifts, it was the same with the Christmas calendars, luckily I have grandchildren under 10 years old as these were not suitable for adults at all. The 'crystal' pens were plastic and the same as you would buy in any cheap gift shop for £1, I feel cheated in a way as I had read some of the reviews and I checked it was a legitimate company but the quality is very poor, when I checked all of the reviews I found a lot of people with the same views and how much difficulty they're having getting a refund and having to pay to send the stuff back, all in all I'm taking the £100 loss as my own fault and will never buy from them again, the only consolation is I make my own Christmas crackers so the junk jewellery will be okay to put in them, all I can advise is do not get your expectations up on receiving quality stuff, you will be disappointed.

Absolutely love the jewellery I get of here, even bought things for presents.

I have ordered a few items from here including advent calendars, everlasting rose , crackers and necklaces . The items arrived quickly and were as described. The crackers especially were a hit at Chris as far better than the usual boring novelty gifts.

Quality products , quick delivery will definitely use again

A few months ago, I was drawn in to the offer because the promotion promised that if I spent over £30, I'd receive several free mystery items supposedly worth £120. Unfortunately, it was incredibly disappointing. The item I actually paid for looked nice but like the packaging, was not high quality and I justified the cost because I thought the free gifts added value. However, the "free gifts" were nowhere near the advertised value as I'd seen the exact same items on a big marketplace for £1 or £2 each! The free watch, in particular, felt like a child's toy rather than something with any real value.

To make matters worse, after my purchase I started receiving constant promotional text messages. I blocked the number and unsubscribed from their emails, but the texts have continued every few days from different numbers, making it almost impossible to stop them.

After this experience, I won't be buying from this company again. The products are overpriced for their quality, the promotional claims are misleading, and the relentless marketing has only reinforced my decision to take my business elsewhere.

I have had several parcels and am always so excited oted when they arrive. Although not every thing fits or suits but it's all lovely and will make great gifts. The only disappointment was the gorgeous blue crystal butterfly which arrived with a broken wing.

I thought it would be better quality to be honest it's just cheap jewellery that changes colour, wouldn't buy again, bought the memorial locket and thought there would be tools to help put ashes into but there wasn't.

Treated my daughter in law to a gorgeous necklace for her birthday went down a treat absolutely loved it. As a bonus got two free calenders keeping them for treats at Christmas family will live them.
