ClearSale really cared about my business specific needs, and always went beyond to tailor it to my business.

Avoid ClearSale if you give care about your business.

From the first sales rep, until the last customer support representative, every single Company represenative lies to the customer so they hear what they want to hear.

1. The worst customer support - They take many days or weeks to answer simple questions about your account.

2. They claim they will reimburse your orders until later they claim they will not.

3. Shady and unethical sales practices but unexperienced and incompetent sales agents.

4. Obvious fraud gets regularly approved by Clear Sale.

Clear Sale is a waste your money and time. Thank God I demo'ed only two websites, I will bring my many dozens of sites to a competent Company who doesn't complicate and lie to their customers.

We have had a great experience with ClearSale and have used their service for many years across three businesses. They took the worry out of losing thousands to fraudsters and have always been there to help if ever we had any questions. I'd highly recommend ClearSale to any eCommerce store no matter how large or small.

If they would not spam people like me I would not be posting this. Got many emails all not asked for by a marketing campaign I didn't sign up for and asked 3 times to quit getting emails. Apparently they don't listen.

I replied to the emails sent every time to QUIT getting emails, so their response is false to this review. I am glad I may actually be off their marketing list now.

We are at SistemmaCPAP have been using ClearSale for a year now and are very happy. We do not have a lot of fraudulent transactions, but having peace of mind is awesome. Their response time improved significantly after 8-9 months and now our transactions are approved almost instantly. I like that I can contact them if I need to get a decision on the transaction that needs to be shipped right away.

I have been your Clearsale for the past few months now and to be honest, I am so happy with the service they provide and also I had some chergeback from the orders the approved but I got the full money back from ClearSale.

They do exactly what they say they will do, and they do it quietly and efficiently.

It is a great and inexpensive comfort to have Clearsale operating in the background. Plus, when there appear to be resolvable issues with a would-be purchaser, their customer service is right on it to see if the transaction can be saved.

ClearSale is easy to use and has excellent customer service.

Customer service is excellent. Have to give it to their staff for promptly replying to emails and refunds etc.

Refund timing can be improved. Chargeback submitted this month have to wait till the end of next month before receiving the refunds. Would love if it's refunded on a case-by-case basis like Signifyd does.
