Cost cutting with poor delivery and AI
I have purchased from CleanHQ a few times over the years. Recently it seems they have changed their mail provider to iMile (see trustpilot reviews) and any customer service channel to AI. If I try send an email it says undelivered as spam detected. If I use the chat system the AI goes in circles and offers options that it can’t fulfil (it’ll say oops I can’t do that but you can try telling them when you get through). I can’t use the online form either, it doesn’t work.
I wanted to support a small business over Amazon but I will now be using Amazon for future purchases. Very disappointed.
