We had to clean my parents home ready for settlement and Clean House Melbourne came in, worked very hard and left the place spotless... there were areas cleaned that would never have been seen before! We were extremely pleased with their service.

Terrible outcome
Nice team, terrible outcome. We had our sofa steam cleaned (vegemite and sticky finger stains), the steam cleaning ruined the fabric. Had to be recovered in the end.

Best in the industry. Provide a great and professional service. Reliable and always provide the best service. The owner of the company (Mimmo) is a well organised person and the standard of the service his team deliver is unquestionable.

As I'm very serious with my cleaning business and my customer's satisfaction is number 1 in my priorities, I recall that, the same day, I personally have driven for 1 hour to you, arrived at 8 pm and didn't leave until all was up to your satisfaction. I've even done more cleaning for you at NO cost to apologise to you but you are still upset because you wanted me to give you a discount. More like a 2.5. They weren’t terrible, but they were average. We paid a large amount of money for a spring clean, which mostly seemed to involve giving the oven a quick wipe down, followed by spending a long time putting it back together incorrectly and in a way that damaged all the oven shelving. This meant the majority of the list of (roughly five or six) key areas of the apartment were left uncleaned. The owner of the business very kindly sent someone to finish the job the next day. But if you’re going to charge extra for a “deep, spring clean”, I expect a better quality clean and for the cleaning supplies to be supplied. Upon booking we were given an extremely long list of “required” cleaning supplies, which added significantly to the cost, which made it extra frustrating when most of them weren’t actually used.
Tl;dr: expensive, yet average, and my oven hasn’t been the same since. Would not recommend.
