Super quality and highly individual
Although pricey these shirts are excellent quality, super soft cotton and fabulous designs for when you are looking for something a bit unusual or quirky.
Time will tell how they wash but my first impressions are very good. Prompt delivery too.

This is my fifth shirt. Initially I bought them for my best friend in Oregon. When he died I realised my goddaughter's husband was the same size so now I still buy two shirts a year but they are worn by another wonderful guy!

Poor Customer Service and Questionable Quality Control
I am verybdisappointed with my recent experience. I have been a paying customer and previously purchased a pair of Claudio Lugli boxer shorts (Navy Guitar, size L) in August 2025. The fit was perfect and remained consistent over time. The item has always been washed carefully at 30°C, never tumble-dried, and well maintained according to the care instructions. My body size has not changed, and size Large has always been correct for me.
In February 2026, I purchased three additional pairs (Chilli Pepper, Flight Map, and Love Heart), all in size Large. Immediately upon trying them on, I noticed a clear sizing discrepancy. Each of the three newer pairs measures approximately 2 cm larger at the waistband compared to the original August pair. This results in a noticeably baggier and poorer fit. Based on this, the issue appears to be a manufacturing inconsistency rather than wear, washing, or user error.
What has been most disappointing, however, is the customer service experience.
The response I received was clearly AI-generated, impersonal, and poorly reviewed before being sent. I was not even properly addressed — the email literally contained a placeholder (“Hi [Customer Name]”), which reflects a lack of care and professionalism.
Despite already providing clear photographic evidence showing the measurement difference, I have been repeatedly asked to send more photos. I have also been told that, even if a discrepancy is confirmed via photo, I may be required to return all four pairs (including the one purchased 6 months ago) for inspection before any action is taken — potentially leaving me with no products at all while the matter is reviewed. This is not a reasonable or customer-friendly process, especially considering the premium price of these items.
Rather than acknowledging a possible quality control issue, the tone of the response felt defensive and dismissive, placing the burden entirely on the customer.
I expected better from an established brand. At the moment, I am left with inconsistent products and an unsatisfactory customer service experience.
I hope the company improves both its quality control and its approach to customer care.

First and most importantly, we sincerely apologise for the impersonal email you received. Addressing you incorrectly is not acceptable and does not reflect the standard of care we expect from our team. This has been reviewed internally.
Regarding the waistband measurement difference you described, our garments are manufactured to strict tolerances. A variance of around 2cm across batches is not something we ignore lightly, and you were right to raise the concern.
We also fully understand that underwear cannot reasonably be returned once tried on. You should not feel that you would be left without product while a matter is reviewed. This situation should have been handled with more consideration.
We would genuinely welcome the opportunity to resolve this properly. Please contact our customer service team quoting your order number so we can personally review the case with our production department and agree a fair outcome.
Quality consistency and customer care are extremely important to us, and your feedback, although disappointing to read, is valuable in helping us improve.

Ladies Shirts - Great design - Sleeve issue
I purchased two ladies shirts recently in vibrant colours.
They are beautiful shirts, but there is an issue with the company’s sizing.
I ordered both shirts in the same size after measuring my upper body as described on the website; however they are markedly different.
One is slightly larger with longer sleeves, so I will have to wear that one with the cuffs turned over, although that is not the style. If I didn’t, the sleeves would look silly and be irritating as not too far from my knuckles!
I could have returned that shirt, but with the cost of the return it’s not worth it. And if ordered a smaller size, I would be worried it didn’t fit.
