Rachel at the Cardiff Store was absolutely brilliant today. She was extremely patient and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble and she made sure my daughter was happy and comfortable with her new school shoes . Brilliant service , thank you !!

Ieaun was absolutely fantastic with my daughter he measured her feet and made it so much fun for her. Thank you so much. It’s such a shame the closest store in 20 miles away 😢

We popped into Clarks St David's Centre Cardiff to get our children's feet measured. We were met by the lovely Ieuan H who measured my eldest twos feet promptly and explained where we would be looking. I asked him to measure the baby's feet for his first shoes which he did. Ieuan was very helpful and kind when measuring my baby's feet. He was able to find the pair of shoes we liked and explained the growing room process and was very knowledgeable.
We came away with our baby's first pair of shoes. The whole process was very easy and calm.

We were helped in the children’s section at the Cardiff Queen St. branch by Ash, who was very polite, helpful and attentive. We also found exactly what we were looking for (specific school shoes, for a choosy school girl 😁)

We had a great experience at Cardiff’s Queen street branch. My little girl needed her feet measured and Melissa was so helpful and kind. She made it a lovely experience and we left with new shoes and sandals.

Ash was really helpful. I’d had a problem buying a sale bag online as the website wasn’t giving me the option of click and collect at the Cardiff city centre store. So I went in and they found the bag for me very quickly so I could buy it there and then.

Ash was very helpful in finding the perfect shoes to wear to my son’s wedding. They made sure they were comfortable, stylish and ensured I had the correct and safe products to care for them.

Was helped by Ash in the Cardiff store and he was an absolute delight.
Approached as soon as I walked in, measured my son and helped us to choose the loveliest dinosaur shoes with the best fit. He took my budget and style choices in account and bought me a suitable selection. Also advised on how to care for them.
He was also wearing a lovely outfit with the best shoes prompting me to look at making a purchase for myself!
Personalised service and I hope to see him next when purchasing shoes for my children.

We visited Clarks today for a pair of shoes for my grandson who is 17 months. I hadn't been in Clarks for many years but disappointed with the selection and the service. Although the pair of shoes we eventually bought are lovely. We waited quite a while to be measured even though the shop was quiet and they didn't check the shoes are thoroughly as they used to. Just was underwhelmed by the whole experience 😭
