Assisted by Steve in the Belfast shop in April, so so helpful and pleasant. Helped me to get discount too and advised on additional products, not pushy at all, bought fab silver trainers, so comfortable

Visited the Belfast branch and served by Steve. Very friendly service. The visited when the shop was quite busy and could tell all the staff were providing excellent service. Much better than shopping online.

Angela in the Belfast store just wow. Absolutely brilliant service and what a lovely person. A wonderful asset.

Steve helped us with new shoes for my toddler. Very friendly and took time to check we were happy and shoes fitted perfectly. Other staff in the shop also very friendly

The great lay out of the shop the staff were very knowledgeable and most helpful.Also such a lovely selection of shoes I like you can get different widths in shoes at Clark’s as sometimes shoes are to narrow across my toe area. Also like Clark’s as they are a long standing company and no problem with retaining if not suitable.

Today my son Erikas got his feet measured by Joanne. She was very interactive with him which really helped because he can be quite shy. Today it al was no bother, Joanne knew exactly how to get along with him and she offered him some sweets that were in the shop. Of course that made him very happy. And we left the shop with two new lovely pairs of shoes, however, we never even planned on buying any in the first place haha

I recently visited the Belfast Store on a hunt for some casual summer wedding shoes , I found a lovely pair of tasseled loafers and they were a good fit for my wide feet. I had the most attentive service by a lovely man called Steve. He went over and above to make sure my shoe buying experience was eveything It should be. Clark’s shoes have always been known for their quality and with employees like Steve their service is too.

We were served almost immediately by a very friendly and helpful Jay. He measured our daughter’s feet, taking good care to make sure it was accurate. Then miracles of miracles she liked the first pair of sandals she tried. I suspect it was partly because she was won over a bit by Jay!

Steve B was extremely kind and helpful in fitting a pair of shoes. He tried different insoles etc and had plenty of time for us. Many thanks.

Excellent service by a lovely young man Jay Gave me a lift as it was my first purchase after a very disappointing shopping day.

I visited Belfast BT1 5BA store this afternoon to buy a pair of shoes for office wear. One Sales officer, Steve helped me to get the perfect pair for me that fits my size which is a great thing. And the other great thing he did me was that he tried a several times with my gift card which hasn’t gone through the card reader but he kept trying several times with a smile on his face and never gave up. Finally my payment was successful and I am so happy that I could buy a dream pair of shoes from Clarks. All the best Steve for your career and you are a star! Thank you

Attentive assistant…Dawn was so patient, I have hard to fit feet,I must have tried 12 pairs of shoes before settling on a pair!
Clean bright store with comfortable seating !
Quality of leather not as good as in the past, my shoes squeaked so badly that o ended up returning them, and I was unhappy that I was not permitted to return the shoe care even though it wasn’t used

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. He assisted my husband in choosing a pair of shoes and took a lot of time in measuring his foot and getting the right size and width of shoe for him.

Had a great experience at clarks belfast, Steve was efficient,and pleasant.
