I went in with my three year old to get new shoes. Angela helped us find his perfect size, recommended styles appropriate for his foot shape, and helped check the fit was correct. Her demeanour and hospitality was honestly so lovely. We were made to feel so welcomed and my son is thrilled with his selection. Angela was phenomenal!

Called in to the Belfast store to try on some wallabees. Angela was very helpful and friendly. I returned at a later date to purchase them and Angela remembered me and the shoes I was after. Very welcoming and general great customer service!

Erin on staff was particularly helpful, going back and forth to get different sizes for me. The shoes were great and very comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Angela was extremely helpful and friendly in wishing my daughter good luck on her med school interview and finding her shoes to wear. She even helped clean off the current muddy pair and gave us a bag for them! Thanks for much for the excellent customer service.

Went to get my daughters feet measured recieved extremely friendly and helpful service from the staff Rhys and who i assume is female store manager.
