We popped into the Bedford store where we were served by Sienna, she was absolutely brilliant & very knowledgeable, this made our visit extremely easy & made the purchase a breeze.

I came into the Bedford Interchange store today for help measuring my baby son’s feet for his first pair of pre-walker shoes. Sunit was excellent from the moment he greeted us - helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, Sunit made our experience special and my son was so comfortable around him. Thank you for making this milestone such a positive one!

Sienna at the Bedford Interchange branch was very helpful with my son today. She was so gentle when she was checking his shoe size and helped him put on the shoes. Everyone in the shop greeted us when we walked in and gave us a wonderful customer experience. I was very impressed with my visit today.

I went to Clarks to buy new school shoes for my son. The assistant, Sienna, was knowledgeable, helpful and kind and did her best to ensure we got what we needed. Her hands were tied, however, because most of the styles my son liked that were on display were not held in the store in the size that we needed. One of the styles on display was not even available to order online. I think Clarks needs to get its inventory sorted out because there is very little value in attending a store if it does not have the stock available to purchase. This is not the first time we have had this experience.

Visited Clarks at Interchange Retail Park in Kempston to purchase a pair of black sports shoes (I already have them in cream, so knew what I wanted). Unfortunately they weren't available in store in a wide fit, but Jurgita was very helpful in checking whether they were available online, which they were. I now await delivery.

I went into the Bedford store after having a bad experience at another, Rosanna greeted me when I entered the store. I explained the problem I was having with some shoes and she informed me I could exchange them for an alternative, after finding some options she quickly brought the shoes requested. The whole experience was amazing and I shall be using this store in future.

Nice to have plentiful stock of everything and the store was spacious and clean.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jurgita who served me and was also good to find there was 20% off the handbag I purchased which I wasn’t expecting.
I purchased a pair of trainers too which if anything like the pair I bought last year will be so comfortable.

Great customer service from Ahlam at the Bedford store. She was patient and went the extra mile.

Really disappointed with quality of shoes purchased recently and quality of service. Shoes developed hole after 3/4months.

Purchased shoes for daughter. After 3 months of use the shoes had failed so there was a hole from the front of the shoes to her toe. Took shoes to store and offered partial refund, as store manager not in to approve full refund. Needed shoes for daughter so accepted but informed I would escalate concern, this was understood. Then raised with online customer service with full details I received an email apologising that the shoes were of such poor quality but palming me off and stating that as past returns date they would do nothing.

I am curious as to how long shoes are expected to last these days? To pay for Clarks quality school shoes and them only last a term is not acceptable and a worrying indication of their current standards.

To confirm this complaint is still 'unresolved' as Clarks are yet to reply back to my emails.

Great customer service at Bedford Retail Pk. I needed advice on which trainers to buy and the manager and assistant Farhava were knowledgable and helpful. If only all stores offered the same customer service, which is sadly non-existent in many places. I would definitely shop there again and recommend.

Visited the Bedford store today to buy our granddaughters first shoes. Jurgita was fantastic so kind and helpful with no pressure to buy anything. We tried on 6 or 7 different pairs and styles. We ended up buying 2 pairs !! Fantastic experience and superb staff x

I visited the Clarks Store at the interchange retail park in Bedford. I was helped by two store colleagues, the first Suvit was incredibly helpful suggesting slight changes in size so that the style of shoe had a more comfortable fit. And then Jurgita C then continued again with good advice. Both were very friendly and professional. A store that looks good with great staff a priceless combination that makes for an enjoyable shopping experience.
