This company is a complete scam ... will not order from them ever again and advise others to avoid it as well. Ordered two dresses - $125.00 - both are total garbage not worth $20!! Took 3 weeks to get here . The Return Policy is not a Return Policy ... Sale items not accepted for return ... well everything is on sale!!! Others have stated the cost to return in any case is exorbitant. No wins here. These are not even going to charity ... they are going in the garbage bin!!

As explained by other reviewers, a terrible company. Ordered two shirts, both “large”. One was way too small and the other was way too large. As in, maybe two sizes off in both directions. Also the shipping took over three weeks. That’s because, while they represent themselves as a Toronto-based company, they are actually in China. So you would think that when *they* screw up the order, a refund would be the obvious solution. This turned into weeks of back and forth. We could ship it to China at our expense (no!) or accept a 10% refund (is this a joke?) and keep the shirts. Going to cancel payment with the credit card company instead.
Don’t know who’s giving them 5 star reviews because the shirts were garbage.
Honestly the worst company you’ll ever have the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid like the plague!

The dresses were absolute garbage - material is beyond cheap and I could have made the dresses myself. They are scammers - the cost to return was 200 bucks - don't order - I can't believe this company is allowed to continue. Don't fall for it!!

Garbage Chinese made no labels, hand made in a basement polyester not cotton fake clothing.

Quality is terrible, finition is close to halloween costumes, return is hell, even if they brand as a Canadian company, it is all operated from China.

Dress is alright, nothing too special.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered shirts and they were awful quality. The return process was incredibly difficult.

I ordered two tops, quality is substanard and in no way resembles that advertised. Returned to China (there is no store front in Toronto as advertised) at my expense for an expected partial refund. Subsequent email queries went unanswered and they blocked my email address. Queried using a different email address with the same result. So I have no product, I am out full payment plus return shipping costs. Nothing short of a scam.

The worst piece of clothing I have ever purchased. The return policy is terrible, so I ended up keeping it. This company does a good job of photography and marketing because their product looks good. The reality is I can not wear the garment. Fabric, construction and detail was terrible. I keep it in my closet to remind me not to purchase clothing online from any store or brand you do not know. Don’t buy it !!! Does not come close to what they photographed.

My experience echos the rest of the reviews. The shirts I received were very poor quality and the return process was likewise terrible. In the end I ate the 150 dollars. Buyer beware unless you want to pay high prices for poor quality and terrible return policies.

They advertise "easy returns" — but when I tried to return my item, they wanted over $70 in shipping fees back to China. Total misrepresentation. This company is not based in Toronto ; exchanges are not hassle free and quality is appalling and not as advertized other than it is a shirt etc. ; shipping requirements for returns which take several emails to obtain are specified to be their carrier at high cost- very impractical as shipping costs more than the product in some cases; they suggest additional $20-30 of customs charges are required by China for returns and that is not true- who knows where that money goes; stalling tactics with friendly emails and the money back guarantee is illusory. They claim their return policy is on their website but not sure it is on the one they sell from if anywhere. Makes it hard to stop credit card payment but this is deliberate fraudulent behaviour masquerading as legitimate. This is all deliberate.
