A great team - removals always quite challenging but all the staff at Clark and Rose so helpful and supportive throughout the process,. Couldn't ask for better and highly recommend.

We were nervous movers as we hadn’t moved for 22 years, but we needn’t have worried as Clark and Rose made the move very easy for us.
Everything was explained in great detail by their representative who answered all our questions and sent us a detailed quotation .
We were contacted a few days before the move to confirm the moving date and discuss the details of the move.
On the day, the team arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and calm. They worked non stop for the four days of the move, nothing was too much trouble and everything was carefully wrapped and packed into their impressive removal vans.
We were very pleased we chose Clark & Rose and would like to thank the removal team for an excellent job .

Over the past 27 years, I have moved 14 times to and from various parts of the world but I can safely report that this move has been the most memorable. From initial contact through to final shipping, the Clark and Rose team has performed in a consistent professional manner that has reduced stress and resulted in an almost pleasurable experience! The entire team went to great lengths throughout the period to explain the process and sequence of packing and resolve any requests or queries that we had.
Moving home is listed as the third factor of stress in major life events, behind death of a loved one and divorce. However this, hopefully our final move, must be listed as one of our least stressful life events.
Should any of our family and friends be moving home in the future, we would have no hesitation in recommending Clark and Rose as their first point of contact.

Very efficient delivery

Clark and Roe have been phenomenal from start to finish, they were the preferred movers suggested by my Freight Forwarder in Australia and im very glad they were who had been recommended. The team kept me up to date with my container's whereabouts (Australia to Peterborough UK) The containers arrived without issue and everything inside was personally delivered and carried up to my third story apartment without a scratch. I still can't believe everything arrived in one piece and the two delivery drivers were lovely and very respectful lads too. Thank you Lynn and everyone at C&R!

Friendly and professional movers. The office was extremely responsive with any request or inquiries and the movers themselves were helpful, friendly, and handled our belongings with care. Highly recommend!

Well organised and professional.

Packing and move out/in went very well and to the time planned. Move team were well organised and considerate.

A LOT of paper is used in the packing which makes for many boxes. It also makes the unpacking and storage of the packing materials until they can be picked up a bit of a headache.

The time between requesting the packaging removal and it happening could have been quicker, given our proximity to the company base.

Clark&Rose delivered two very heavy items with a six man team in a professional and efficient manner. They were on time, organised and respectful of my home.
Impeccable service.

Our move went like clockwork! There was one piece of "awkward" furniture but the guys dealt with it expertly! Both men were polite, very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. All in all we wete absolutely delighted and can't recommend your company enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Its not easy making a big move in your 70s but Clark& Rose made it as easy and comfortable as possible for us.

Shipping a UHaul box from Los Angeles to London. The Clark and Rose (Lynn in particular) were excellent - clear and communicative whilst my goods were in transit. Delivery took place in the time proposed, and everything was handled very smoothly. Would happily recommend.

I was helping a friend move yesterday in Highgate. Luke and Will from the firm could not have been more polite, careful and thoughtful. When they arrived on time, we were behind wrapping up pictures etc and they took them and wrapped them very carefully. No damage to goods or house in moving several heavy bits of furniture.
