DO NOT purchase from this site! They are a scam, shipping poor-quality clothing from China and trying to market themselves as an upscale, UK-based boutique. Bought a dress for my mom, it arrived with no tags attached and the quality was abysmal. When I tried to return it, they asked me to send pictures of the dress with the tags attached. Can't really do that when they are shipping products without tags! Obviously a deliberate tactic so they never have to accept a return. This company is fraudulent, using misleading advertising and falsely claiming to offer hassle-free returns. Would urge any prospective buyer to AVOID.

Items took weeks to arrive. I ordered more than one size of two items, but was told that I couldn’t return the unwanted items as they were in a sale - everything is in a sale, and the returns policy does not state that. After much correspondence, I was given a nominal refund which didn’t even cover one of the unwanted items.

A complete scam. The dress on the website with beautiful flowing material bears no resemblance to the cheap, shitty dress they sent to me. Whilst advertised for the consumer to believe they are based in Cambridge and their orders are shipped quickly, they are actually drop ship orders from China.
When you try to do a return, their policy states that items cannot be returned during a promotional sale, which is constantly on. I am contacting Trading Standards this morning, and my bank.

Do NOT ever buy anything from this company. The pictures are not the same as the items. The website offers a 30 day return but they have no intention of accepting any returns or giving any refunds. Their website claims a 4.8 on Trust Pilot which is a LIE. The website promises fast delivery. The item took 4 weeks to arrive and as very very poor quality

The items received do not look like the pictures.
I bought 2 pairs of denim dungarees.
The black pair are not even denim. They are shiny synthetic material with a denim print. Dreadful.
The other pair are a type of denim but cheap awful denim.
No resemblance to advertising pictures on line.
I have asked for a refund and to return the items. I have been offered a 10% discount instead. The 30 day return does not apply
I waited 4 weeks for delivery.
Cheap rubbish but paid close to £90.00 for 2 items.

This company took £90 ftom me for jumpsuits advertised on their website. What arrived bore no ressemblence to my order. They are refusing to let me return and refusing refund

We were led to believe that the garments were made in-house at Cambridge as the picture on the website portrays, however, this is a complete fabrication, all of their garments come directly from China, we waited over a month for an item to arrive, we never received it, apparently it was left in our bin whilst we were away, so I can’t comment on the quality, we can only imagine, I would not recommend this company.

I wish I had seen these reviews. Product took weeks to arrive. I tried to cancel order due to the delay. That was declined. Products arrived after 3 weeks. Dreadful. Poor quality, sizing material. Nothing like the picture. I complained straight away. Was asked for pictures, I sent pictures and now offered 10% due to sale etc which is just none sense as it states none of that on the website at all. They have now gone radio silent!! Will be going through my credit card to report as fraud and will go to trading standards to get the site taken down. The same products are on Shien or Temu for a fraction of the cost if you want something cheap and nasty!

This is a fraudulent, scam website based in China. Products are extremely poor quality, I have reported them as a fraud and they regularly advertise on social media. Their company name is S P Elise Amelie*2. They will sell your data on the black web. The seriously poor quality products are a side line to their real criminal activity. I reported them to Mastercard as fraudulent and received a full refund.

Don't ever purchase from this website. I have been completely scammed. The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture. Totally fake pictures on the website. I should have read reviews before buying. Completely A I concoction. Wasted my money. No returns, now there's a surprise! Not

Don’t buy from this company. They don’t do fast delivery their clothes are of low quality not as seen on the image. When needing to return they say it is in the sale so won’t give your money back but offer a fiver as compensation. Totally dodgy operation. None of this is mentioned in their advert of course. I am now stuck with a nasty polyester dress for £50 that doesn’t look anything like the picture. Don’t buy from them

Completely agree with all the other comments, am currently arguing with them via email to return the goods and keep being offered between 10-50% refund but no way of returning. The quality is absolutely awful, I would in no way wear this. Please never use this company, a complete

I DO NOT recommend to buy from this company. It took 3 weeks to arrive. The material is poor quality and items are nothing like the ones shown on their site. When i asked for a returns label they refused and said I was only allowed a 10% refund. I can only repeat DO NOT purchase from this site.

Although I agree that item took a few weeks to arrive and material not what I was expecting, the dress is ok for purpose, I did email requesting to return and received a response straight away offering 10% reduction which I refused, suggested 30% which was agreed, have given 4 * because they did respond and agree to a higher percentage refund.

Itsms took over 3 weeks to arrive. Poor fabric used not as expected. Refund refused. Disgusting, do not buy.

This company deserves zero stars. It purports to be an independent artisanal boutique company but is actually a sham fast fashion business. Clothes are poorly made using fabrics you wouldn’t trust near a naked flame. Refunds are not available for discounted items but I have yet to see anything that isn’t discounted on the website.
After trying to look further. The business is registered in the Netherlands as any small Cambridge business obviously would be … and the garments such as they are come from China - slowly. Please DON’T be fooled by their fictional website as I was

Goods were not as advertised. Material cheap and nasty and poorly made.
When I got in touch to complain and arrange return I was informed that I couldn't get a return but could get a 10%discount and keep the goods. The website said free returns within 30 days.

I would give minus 10 if I could. Absolutely the worst case of false advertising I have come across. Horrible material and horrible construction. Sizing chart ridiculous it could fit a double decker bus. It was supposed to be embroidered and looked lovely in the pictures. Absolute rubbish for the price. Terrible, terrible, terrible service the worst I've ever used.  Misrepresentation of the highest order. Should be banned and prosecuted.  10% refund offered and I can keep the item. I will be burning this highly flammable garment. As everyone else I wish I'd read the reviews Hindsight my superpower. Awful.

AWFUL - do not touch!!! Zero star wasn’t an option. Worst thing I have ever bought online and no return/refund allowed. STAY AWAY

Would actually rate my experience ZERO if I could!! All items are constantly in some sort of sale - sounds brilliant, but not if you want to return anything! Ordered two dresses and some denim short dungarees, all of which looked fabulous on the (AI) models. Total £118. Took ages to arrive, when they did the material is SHOCKING quality. So cheap looking and ill-fitting. No return form was included so I contact the (scam) company via email (no phone number) to request a returns form. Had to provide photos etc, then was told I wasn’t liable for a full return refund but as a ‘goodwill gesture’ they would refund 10% and I could keep the (horrendous) garments. Have raised a dispute with my bank, tried again to request a full refund but again told no. Total SCAM, awful quality and no customer service, AI generated. Not happy!
