I spoke to Catherine who handled my complicated claim with swift professionalism. She was kind and promised that my courtesy car would be with me asap….. 7am Saturday morning there it was. The driver was lovely and cheerful as well as Matt at Access Hire, who has had no end of stupid questions from myself.
Whether my car is going to die or survive is another question….. but note to self, go to a garage that you trust, not one that will smash it into a nice steel ramp post!

I was unfortunate enough to have someone reverse into my car while parked.
Luckily putting my claim in was made very easy and the process was laid out nice and clearly making it all very easy to follow and understand.
My car was off to get repaired quickly and a hire car was delivered promptly so there was no trouble for me getting about.

In reply to your text we (Pete & I) would like to say how helpful and understanding the people at Claimsline (especially Hayden) were after our accident in North Wales. Given that we were driving along the motorway on the inside lane the last thing you expect us to be hit in the back. Stephen was amazing. I was contacted very quickly after a non fault accident. Everything was explained fully and my million questions were answered thoroughly. A replacement car was delivered swiftly and my car taken away to be repaired. Highly recommend

When I first made my claim I was really unsettled about what had happened, and as this was the first time anything had put me in this situation it was great to have such amazing support from my file handler ‘guy’ ,he gave much such support and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Reassurance was outstanding and also to be very understanding of my situation would highly recommend.

My claim handler was Rik. Hands down he was amazing. As soon as he spoke he made me feel at ease as I was full of anxiety and stress and he was soo kind and helpful!! I had my courtesy car within 2 hours. He was brilliant! Couldn’t thank him enough. Thank you again! Hopefully other insurers could take note on how to deal with claims and customers!! :)
