I waited over a year for one claim that took 6 weeks to pay out once it had gone to the ombudsman. I had to continually chase for updates. Emails were hardly responded to, basically ignored until of course they want payment of their fees. Nearly took half of what I received for doing absolutely nothing unless I chased. Partial refund of the fees would be nice. Highly unlikely they'll even respond to this or the email I sent! Terrible service.

I have read lots of the reviews here
I have read lots of the reviews here. There are alot of quite positive ones but, the negative ones are covering how I feel. I cannot even remember starting my claims but no doubt the bombardment of letters had me sign. Now, don't get me wrong, I was successful in claiming but the 42% that they wanted back from me was very extreme. This totaled £1800.00. When questioned, I was told I signed and agreed to this. I personally don't remember what the heck I may have been signing but as a guess, I'd say I was giving them my permission to see if I was entitled to anything. Now, once things were looking positive and was told that indeed they had won on a few claims, they said I'd receive cheques. I did receive cheques but not before continously getting letters, text messages and e-mails demanding claimeazys payments. I kept telling them that I either had not actually got my payments or I was waiting for cheque to clear. What should have been a brilliant experience turned into a most distressing time for me. I am in contact with the Ombudsman to see if I have a right to claim back anything from Claimeazy now.

I tried these people as a last resort after I thought I had claimed everything but they still managed to award me even more payments. Just had a final massive payout from something that had already declined me!!! Well done Claimeazy. Unfortunate that I have to pay 40% in fees but hey it’s something I would otherwise not have had so thank you.
