My package did not come as pictured online. It was a tie tac but did not look like the picture online. I tried emailing to complain and got no response. The product is nice it's just not what I ordered and no one followed up.

I still have not received the item
I still have not received the item. Tracking system states that it is still at local post office in Ireland, order was placed on March 14th and it is now April 26th.
