James, Hugo and the team are just fantastic. When a 70 ft tree fell across our extension in a storm James had a team round in 24 hours to cut the weight from the roof and then Hugo and a full crew were back later to get rid of the massive remains in just one day. They are professional, knowledgeable, work incredibly hard and are just a pleasure to deal with. Great company and I wouldn't use anyone else.

I’ve used CJ Tree Surgeons a few times now, and each time they have been excellent. One occasion it was an emergency after a storm had partially felled a very large cypress tree which was leaning very close to our neighbours garden. They responded quickly, assessed the situation calmly, and made the area safe before carrying out the work with real skill. I was hugely relieved to have such a professional team on hand.

I have also booked them for non‑urgent tree work, and the service was just as impressive — punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly tidy. They clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in both their workmanship and the way they leave the garden afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A great company and helpful team of lads. They carried out a tree crown reduction for a tree that was actually in a neighbour's garden (with their permission), on a steep slope and difficult to access. All safety considerations followed. Everything was taken care of with access from our side of the fence and the finished result meant we had much more sun in our garden last summer. All waste chipped and taken away.

We have used CJtree surgeons several times and have found them careful, hard-working and v thorough in their work. The teams are v respectful of the property and the environment.

An army of well trained and professional arborist turned up and blitzed our garden. We had several trees that needed felling and stumps grinding with awkward access to our garden to make it an extra challenge.

They did all the work within the day easily and to a high quality and standard. Minor issues with one stump being too close to the fence and the manhole cover in the front aside it was a very impressive sight to see such a well trained and cohesive team.

Great company. Priced realistically, prompt, efficient, helpful and tidy. Always go above and beyond with curtious staff. Used them several times for hedge trimming and replanting, as well as tree surgery. Am going nowhere else. 👍

I found C J tree surgeons very professional they came and quoted for a job .The job was several trees one being very tall over 30ft they advised on how much they could cut off and shaped a fir tree and hedge .
Before they started they had a meeting highlighting individual roles and safety prioritised I would definitely use them again .and recommend them .
