Received a call 20 minutes before my booking to say there were up 2 hour delays on the delivery service. The customer service agent told me they're unable to communicate delays to pre-booked delivery services since the drivers are freelance, the drivers are only booked in on the day.

I had to look for alternative delivery options as it's for a job where waiting isn't an option. Whilst I was busy organising the delivery stock (during the time I had set out), I received calls from CitySprint that they had found a driver but was unable to answer the phone. In the meantime, I had already organised another courier which arrived at the same time as their driver. I then had the stressful situation of having to communicate with 2 drivers, loading the delivery and being on the phone with CitySprint, getting told it was my fault and there would be a charge.

Have since been in communication and they are not offering a refund, there were multiple points of stress with their service and this doesn't reflect what a pre-booked service should provide.

Never usually leave reviews unless it’s really bad service but this delivery guy, made such a good impression especially considering now that most couriers, knock, drop and run. The couriers code Was NH42

From start to finish CitySprint is a seamless process. I wish all deliveries were this simple. Our delivery guy NH42 was lovely.. very helpful and polite. Such a great guy. Keep up the good work.

I had a large garden item delivered and the Driver was very helpful and professional.
He asked where i would like it front or back garden and brought it there for me and placed it exactly where i asked.

Great delivery by the CitySprint courier (SC64)
He was on time, a cheery chap, very helpful in carrying the package to the back of the house.

Driver today was very friendly and very helpful, brought the slabs all the way down into our back garden top guy 5 stars from me.

The courier (SC64) was friendly and very kindly placed my parcel where I needed it to be. He arrived on time and was very efficient. Thank you.

So impressed with my driver today. Kept me informed. He was courteous and very cheery for a Monday morning. He is an ambassador for CitySprint and others could learn from him. A big shout out to driver LD23.

The delivery driver took everything round the back garden for me which saved me a lot of hassle and was very much appreciated

The courier was very helpful and friendly (he had been before and was equally great!). I had garden supplies being delivered so quite heavy and bulky items, but he lifted it to where was best for me.

Driver was excellent.

Bart the driver was first class. Helpful, polite, courteous. Stacked the goods where we wanted them. A real credit to your company.
