I use CitySprint to transport on a daily basis
I use CitySprint to transport instruments between Edinburgh and Glasgow on a daily basis. The communication with the teams is excellent, especially Keith, the Service Centre Manager in Edinburgh. He always informs me of any issues in advance and helps me reschedule if needed. I can track the driver and prepare for the pick up (very useful) and I get notified when my parcel is delivered to the destination. It's very easy to book the pick up and drop off in advance or on short notice.
I am very grateful for their service and I highly recommend the company.

Staff at the Edinburgh depot are always really friendly and helpful, and will regularly go out of their way to assist with any queries, amendments or issues related to our consignments. It's a great team there and always a pleasure to work with them.

Communication is Key
Communication is always clear and concise and response to requests are relatively swift. Any issues are usually dealt with across the phone with the outcome in the main positive and resolved. Never had any issue with any individuals at the company and always spoken to in a polite and respectful manner. Any requests that cant be met (which is not often) are fed back promptly which allows us to pivot to a new plan which is very helpful also.
