Sarah was the lady who dealt with me today, she was amazing! Actually felt like I was talking to a friend. The phone got cut of and she rang me straight back which was lovely, especially when your in the middle of a booking!

Perfect for the business traveller
Having used Citybase on a few occasions now, I can confidently say that I would recommend them to anyone looking for serviced apartments. Jonathan is always friendly, extremely helpful with all enquiries and gets back to me quicker than most companies usually do. The whole process from start to finish is easy, rates are reasonable and all staff knowledgeable. We will continue to utilise Citybase for business purposes, and recommend others do so too!
