Citybase Apartments 

I have known Citybase Apartments since a couple of years now and all I can say they keep improving their customer services and I have been extremely happy with them.
I made a recent booking with them and Ms Araseli Cavero from Guest Relations was so prompt with my queries and has provided with all my questions answered. I highly recommend them.

Ayesha Akhtar was very helpful. She was eager to find solutions and to follow up closely. She managed to find great alternatives and to negotiate prices.

A great solution when the builders moved in and I moved out. And Alistair and Ayesha were very helpful and made the process so easy. Cheaper than a 6 month rental for me and the apartment is (as Alistair said) a home from home. But in addition it is serviced so no housework! The owners/landlords are very helpful too so all in all a good experience.

I am a Brazilian person which will travel to live in Edinburgh next December (for one year!) and I got the right place to live with my family.
This was found after a great and valuable negotiation with them! Even having some language misunderstanding from from my side (my first language is Portuguese) they always had enough patience to clariry everything for me! I am very gratefull to them!

Citybase apartments was a service recommended to me by one of my friends so I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed, rather, I was very pleased. Guest relations specialist, Ms Emily Horgan, was the person in charge of my reservation plans and she was a gem. I had a very tight schedule yet she compiled a list of apartments suitable to my needs. Her patience, consistency and flexibility were impeccable and her problem solving skills are a true gift. Despite the lack of time, she kept coming up with apartment results and took my feedback on them to filter the results.
I have yet to see the apartment in person but I do hope it is as wonderful and amazing as Ms. Emily’s service.

We needed an apartment in Portsmouth and found this company who are intermediaries. A lady called Ayesha was the agent/employee who helped us to find an apartment. We had a few problems with the service and the apartment of the letting company, but thanks to this lovely, patient lady, taking excellent care of our concerns, we now look back on a good stay. Without her intervention, things might have been different. That being said, the letting company made decent amends and we will thus consider the letting company again in future. Ayesha, however, was a star !
