In addition, we are regularly updated of any changes or new products to the market.
Working with City & Guilds and the ILM Level 5 team has been one of the best parts of building Digital Delivery Academy.
A particular thank you to Kevin Wilkinson. From the very first conversation Kevin understood what we were trying to do and supported the vision the whole way through. He's been the kind of partner you hope for when you're trying to build something different. Practical, honest, quick with answers, and willing to push back when something needed challenging.
The wider team across City & Guilds and ILM saw the same thing. They could easily have looked at what we were building and asked us to fit it into a more conventional shape. Instead they looked at the audience we were trying to serve, ex-service leavers and people stepping into operational leadership, and they helped us shape a course that genuinely meets them where they are.
The result is a programme that gives ex-service leavers practical project management training they can put to work on day one of their next role. None of that would have been possible without the trust and support City & Guilds and ILM put behind this from the start.

I have been working with City and Guilds for many years in different industries, I have always found them very responsive, willing to help and have a wealth of knowledge to help centres achieve what they need for their learners. The quality assurance processes that are in place are there to support and help centres, improve and progress delivery and enable the learners achieve their full potential. I have always found the staff that I have been working with supportive and helpful even when mistakes happen.
Overall I would recommend City and Guilds to training providers due to the range of qualifications, being recognised worldwide and the help and support they give to centres.

We’ve had a long-standing working partnership with City & Guilds, and our experience has consistently been a positive one. They are always responsive and approachable, which makes a real difference in a busy college environment.
One of the things we value most is that there are “real” people we can speak to within both the Quality and Customer Service teams. Having clear, reliable points of contact means we can get timely answers, as well as specialist support and advice when needed.
Our account manager is also highly engaged, regularly coming into the college to meet with staff, offering practical guidance and helping us stay aligned with best practice.

Always easy to contact for support via the Quality Teams and Operations Team. Our Senior Business Development Manager is incredibly helpful and highly knowledgeable and will always get back to us with a solution. City and Guilds qualifications are highly thought of both within education and by the employers we work with and we know we will be well-supported. For some qualifications it would be helpful to have more teaching and training resources available and for older qualifications, content could be updated but we work with stakeholder and employers to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with industry standards.

The website is easy to use, all qualification information is easily attainable. creating a basic courses from the ground up is made easy by having structured units.
Unfortunately having structured units limits the creativity of teachers to have an holistic approach a provide a "real-world" experience.
Smartscreen is the foundation of teaching, but most teachers never adapt them and continue to teach from the same basic information.
