The recent Health & Safety audit was completed successfully and provided a clear overview of our current compliance standards. Overall, the audit found that our procedures are well‑structured, risks are being managed effectively, and staff are following the required safety protocols.
A few minor areas for improvement were highlighted, mainly around documentation updates and ensuring consistent record‑keeping. These points have already been noted, and actions are being planned to address them promptly.
The audit was constructive, and it reinforces our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

Richard Pearce visited two of my sites yesterday and was extremely professional, providing the reports quickly this morning. I found his straight forward approach to H&S management refreshing and it has helped me prioritise outstanding issues that I had observed into a concise action plan.

DSEAR - Risk Assessment

Ian white was so helpful today, I couldn't recommend enough. We went through our H&S documentation and started the DSEAR Risk Assessment. He was really informative throughout and said he was on hand with any questions I may have, even after the service was complete.

This was our first ever site assessment and we had no idea what to expect. Our consultant was friendly yet professional, very patient and supportive. Sharing what we are doing well alongside what needs attention while clearly signposting how, where and what we need to do to improve our practise in order to meet new regulations.
The assessment report was swiftly returned with notes on what we need to do next, and a time frame we can manage.
I would recommend our consultant and citation to others.

Christian Warden came to complete my annual Health and Safety Audit at Woodlark House (Advance Housing and Support). He was extremely friendly, no question was too much or too silly!. Thanks for all of the support with the risk assessments and further paperwork which may be useful!

We had a virtual meeting with Mark Bond(no relation to James) who carried out a review of our H&S Policy, procedures and relevant documentation.
Mark was knowledgeable and had a great grasp of the requirements relating to our specific industry(Water Treatment/Waterborne Pathogens control).
He has the patience of a saint as he waited for me to navigate through the areas he was focussing on.
