Excellent product, speedy delivery, and helpful advice from Customer Services.

As a person that often spills and struggling to find a proper coffee cup that doesn't leak when closed, Circular&Co products are truly worth it. I especially like the updated lids. Easier to clean, clearly marked. Enjoying a hot drink in a responsibly sourced cup...worth the money.

I discovered Circular&Co. at a sustainability summit and loved what they stand for. Ordered a couple of the stainless steel cups for ourselves, and I’m so glad I did.

The locking lid design is brilliant, properly secure and completely leakproof (no nervous bag-checking required!). It keeps drinks hot, feels great quality and looks smart too.

Delivery was quick, everything arrived exactly as expected, and the whole experience felt straightforward and professional.

We’ll absolutely buy again, and I’m seriously considering adding them to our holiday cottage as part of Dorset's move away from single-use cups.

Very high quality, sturdy, robust open/close mechanism, sleek looking. Really pleased with both the water bottle and hot drink cup. Can tell these will last a long time and well worth the price. Super fast delivery too.

I'll keep this short - the design and build on these products (we've bought the 8oz and 12oz stainless steel travel mugs and also a 1 litre water bottle) is top notch. They do exactly what theyre supposed to do - keep things hot/cold for far longer than other premium products, don't leak and can all be used with one hand. The attention to detail is incredible and I cannot recommend them enough - well worth the price. Secondly I had a slight issue with one of the mugs and the customer service was second to none - within about 2 emails in the space of 30 minutes a replacement part had been sent out by Sally in their sales support department - absolutely excellent service, reflective of the top quality products.

Arrived promptly, really like the orange recycled steel cup, new locking option is useful and it keeps drinks warm as advertised.

How much percentage of the mug is made from coffee grounds and how much from non biodegradable materials?

I order 2 cups. They arrived in good time. One of the cups was not up to standard finish around the top edge.
I contacted support team. Jo very helpful & sent out a replacement.

Great company ethos, great product

Very good product that doesn't leak. I did think that I had broken it before I had even used it though...I followed the instructions for cleaning it and popped the lid off with some force. It did go back on again thankfully after a few attempts.

The product was lovely and delivered promptly.

Long time fans of this brand, I have two of the travel mugs, and they never leak and work so well to drink out of on the go. Bought one of the recycled steel water bottles a couple of months ago and, as with the mugs, it’s really easy to drink out of when I’m actually on the move, keeps things hot/cold as required and also looks good while doing it. Reason for writing the review now is I managed to break a piece of the bottle (entirely my fault and it took some doing to break it) and the customer support was outstanding with a replacement piece available. I think they represent great value for money. Love the ethos behind the products too. Five stars from me

Fantastic that I could replace the lid of my cup after I'd dropped it! I am able to keep my favourite cup that I've had & used daily for years!
