poor, poor service and treatment
Since we began our partnership many manager and price changes have taken place. Each time a new manager arrives, cost goes up, and late charge dates change. Managers and their staff are rude and indifferent to the voice of need or question of the buyer. Terrible customer service or concern. They don’t even pretend to care. There is an aire if superiority and control. Cannot wait to move to another facility, even at a higher rate

I truly am sorry for the issues you've had recently, I did call and leave you a voicemail so we can go over some of your concerns. Also, Hamilton county did just raise the tax rate from 7.0% to 7.8% which would have increase your rent moving forward. We did send an email to all of our tenants explaining this. If you have any other concerns please reach out to me. Our late fee charge date has also not change recently for our Colerain location it has always been the 10th of the month.

The people a Circle Storage are great!
I've never had an issue there while storing my camper for several years now.
The only suggestion I would like to see happen is to clean up the place. When I go into the facility I am greeted with cars and campers that have not moved in several years. It really is depressing when seeing all of the rusted cars with flat tires that are quite an eyesore.
Perhaps move them to a location that is "out of sight" from the rest of the storage.

Never answer the phone
The facility is nice and the one interaction I had with staff was polite and insightful, but my only issue with the place so far is any time I’ve tried to call they never answer. The machine always says they’re probably out walking the property, but there’s these new inventions called cell phones that allow you to answer your phone when not sitting in the office... maybe you guys should try one out.
