Lack of Professional Integrity and Serious Duty of Care Concerns
Rating: 1 out of 5 Stars
"My professional engagement with Cipher-Plexus has been characterized by a profound lack of professional transparency and integrity. I entered into this arrangement on a retainer basis, expecting a standard professional collaboration; however, the reality was a consistent pattern of conduct that deviated from ethical business practices.
During the term of our engagement, I encountered several major operational issues:
* **Safety & Duty of Care:** I was frequently subjected to unreasonable operational demands, including requirements to travel over 200km for business activities during severe 'Red Alert' weather warnings, despite the recognized safety risks. These requests continued throughout 2025 and into 2026, even after repeated written objections and escalations to management.
* **Financial Irregularities:** There was a disturbing pattern of attempting to rescind payments for completed and accepted deliverables after the fact. Financial communications provided were frequently non-standard—often on blank, untitled paper with no formal designation—which hindered proper record-keeping. This breach of our financial agreements created unnecessary instability and professional disruption.
* **Misappropriation of Intellectual Property:** I experienced a lack of respect for established professional boundaries, specifically regarding the unauthorized handling and appropriation of my professional records and intellectual property.
The leadership frequently used personal and spiritual discourse to establish rapport, which, in my experience, was later leveraged to bypass standard business protocols and push for agendas that were not aligned with our agreed-upon professional scope.
I caution anyone considering a business or retainer engagement with this firm to exercise extreme due diligence. I strongly advise maintaining meticulous written records of every communication and ensuring that every term of your engagement is explicitly documented in a binding contract, as verbal assurances from the leadership have proven to be unreliable. I have documented these experiences and remain open to providing transparency to others who may have faced similar professional misconduct."
