Item arrived on time and in great condition

The products were superb, the company was professional, quick to ship, and completely legitimized itself by providing excellent quality products at the questionably attractive advertised price point, which until I had a chance to hold them in my hands, and thoroughly investigate them, seemed too good to be true.

My one and only gripe however is in the chosen shipping company. There was very little transparency on my end and the product actually arrived in the local offices 3 days before it went out for delivery. This unnecessary delay actually caused quite a bit of frustration.
