Very enjoyable experience.
When we went to collect the car we instantly felt welcomed. Our person of contact Ian Neal was lovely and friendly. Ian went through the car with us and explained about charging the car as we had never bought an electric vehicle before.
The whole process was easy and quick. Me and my partner left the store saying how friendly Ian was.

Spot-on delivery service
I ordered my car a week before I moved house. There wasn't enough time to deliver it to my old address, so I made arrangements to have it delivered to my new address. It arrived promptly and on time. The gentleman who delivered it showed me around my new car and explained most of the new controls to me. There are still a few new things I'm discovering, but I love my new car.

Excellent service and value for money
Sophie was extremely informative and never rushed me at any point. She was thoughtful throughout the whole process, and most of all very clear to understand — which I really appreciated as I’m hard of hearing. Nothing was too much bother for her, and she made everything straightforward and stress‑free. Excellent service.

Great experience
Great experience, was very simple and everyone was lovely. Only downside is, was told the car would be fully charged upon collection and it wasn’t, and it could’ve been cleaned better. I also called them to clarify something and the lady was quite rude at times, sounded like she was laughing and making me feel silly. People at the Derby store were 10/10 and couldn’t fault them. Also love my car ☺️

Nearly a good experience
Everything was ok - disappointed by scratches on the tail gate bumper top that weren’t highlighted in any pictures or descriptions. When I called cinch just said wear and tear - I don’t agree and should be clear

Very quick and helpful staff wether it was by phone, email or the delivery driver. Only thing I'd of preferred to be made aware of was that the car only came with 2 floor mats and what weather type of tyres came on the car. So maybe add those details into the description. Other than that the car was exactly as described and I couldn't be happier with how fast and reliable Cinch turned out to be.

Very easy to conduct business with good part exchange offer. Very pleased with the delivery service and standard of the car - very clean. Only gripe is that 'in transit' is painted in small letters on the drivers side window and I have not yet been able to remove it. Otherwise great organisation and I would use them again.

Staff were ill equipped with…
Staff were ill equipped with information. They did not know what mechanical checks had been done on the vehicle. The car was visibly short of screen wash and one tyre felt low. The staff hid behind the fact they 'were the lowest on the totem pole' and were not given the information - nor did they seek it out - just told me to call customer services. They did not know what should be in the rear compartment - in fact were ill prepared for any questions.
