I spoke with Michael to reserve a car, he was reassuring and efficient because of their 14 days no quibble money back promise I actually paid for the car without looking at it. When I got to CINCH I expected their to be a lengthy process to buying and part exchange but Mo Khan made this simple. He gave me the keys to look around the car alone, which was my preference, he let me take as much time as I wanted l, even though it was 5pm on a Friday, when I was happy he took me inside, helped me tax my new vehicle and even charged my phone for me whilst we went through so reassurances - promises of again of the 14 day money back guarantee. I wasn't at the showroom more than an hour and came home in my clean new car, which drove beautifully. I will be back to review my stars if I find anything changed but I am very happy with my car and the customer service Micheal and Mo gave me - friendly, efficient and reassuring making a stressful process very easy for me which I very much appreciate.

My car was meant to be delivered today, Initially I was called letting me know there was a small issue and my car was delayed by hour no big issue.
I was then Informed my car has an air mass sensor fault and an injector fault, apparently the car was checked before traveling 300 miles to get to me which I can hardly believe.
There complaints department are only accessible through email. Although the agent was helpful and generally nice to speak to.
The car is now going to have to travel back down to get serviced and repaired but my complete faith in trust in both the company and car is gone.
I will be canceling the entire thing on monday when I can contact the correct department

Car in significant state of disrepair, with faults.
Had a cinch mechanic out to run diagnostics, told no issue could be fine and to just monitor the car. Got my own mechanic out at my own cost who found multiple faults and significant disrepair in various areas, many of which should ah e been covered in a service. The mechanic said it actually showed no signs of a decent service for a good few years.
Rude and unhelpful customer service.
Returned the car under the 14 day guarantee which was actually the easiest part of the whole ordeal.
