Ciao Italy tours was great during our entire trip. Anytime we had a question or an issue, they were a quick WhatsApp message away to clarify information from our itinerary. They also helped solve some hotel issues when we ran into them during our trip. They went above and beyond and couldn’t recommend them higher for your next trip to Italy.

Ciao Italy did an amazing job planning our touring plans, down to every detail. As someone who usually plans everything themself, it was refreshing to leave the planning to someone else. Transfers were all on time and professional, tours and their guides were accurate and enjoyable, and it was all built for us. In Venice, our guide Laura was amazing, it was like she was our personal city guide. She went above and beyond helping us navigate our private water taxi transfers and train departure on our last day. In Rome, the Food Tour and Golf Cart tour exceeded our expectation, and highly recommend these. When our train took an hour long detour due to track work and we risked missing a tour, through Ciao Itaty's What's App chat feature, we were able to communicate our concerns and Ciao Italy's representive was able to contact the tour operator and move it to another day. My only criticism is on our glass blowing demonstration, which was amazing, we felt like the next 30+ minutes was a sales pitch to buy an item in their showroom. Regardless of this, I will definitely recommend Ciao Italy's when planning an Itailan Adventure!

With so many choices when booking travel, I can always trust Ciao Italy for a great outcome.

We had a day tour of Pisa, a winery, San Gimiganano and Siena. Basically we got bused and dropped off at each site. I saw other tour guides giving detailed information about the site and its significant. We got
dumped and given very little information. It was so disappointing to hear so little about the site and its significance. We didn't have enough time to go in catherial. Again at San Gimiganano we were dropped off at the location with no background or history from our tour guide. Why are we paying for a tour if we get no guidance of what is important to look for? The winery was ok, the wines did not really taste good. And the wines were overpriced for the value. The most disappointment came when we were told that we were not going into the catherial in Siena. No explanation of what was in the catherial and no guide. Our local tour guide was also disappointing. I paid out of pocket to get into the catherial and had no guidance. I had to look it up in the internet.
If we want to get a ride to places we would just get a bus ticket not book a tour. So very disappointing.

I worked with Renee to create several different trips for clients traveling for the first time to Italy. She made the process seamless and was so quick to be able to get answers. She kept me updated every step along the way with changes, etc. She was TRULY the best I've ever worked with!

We had a wonderful day tour of Cinque Terre with Chiara from Ciao Italy Tours booked through ItalyTours.eu. She was very pleasant & showed us the 5 beautiful towns without rushing us. She was our guide as well as just a driver & she couldn't have been more pleasant. Best of all, we had some time left before we had to return to our ship, so she surprised us with a visit to Pisa which was not a scheduled stop. She pulled into town & stopped, telling us we won't have enough time to see the leaning tower; then she pulled the van up a few yards & there was the tower. April fools! It was in fact April 1. We had the most amazing time in Italy! From the moment we stepped off the plane, everything was seamless—a chauffeur was waiting with a sign to greet us, which set the tone for the entire trip.
From a stunning sunset golf cart tour through Rome, to wine tasting and pizza-making experiences, to exploring the Cathedral and the Colosseum, every moment was unforgettable. We loved the gondola rides in Venice and touring the beautiful city of Florence—each destination was more breathtaking than the last.

Rome is spectacular!! St Peter's Basilica is a must see. The only problem was the tour was not long enough for my family. There is just so much to ponder and view. We understand that there is a time frame but there just wasn't enough time to look and review all the Magnificent beauty! Christmas eve mass was a breathtaking experience with the Pope and others! If we had additional time, we would go back to experience not only the same pieces of art but even more that we were not able to review and reflect on.

Our trip to Italy was a trip of a lifetime! We arrived on Christmas Day, and it was such a special time to be in Rome. We stayed at the Palazzo Navona Hotel. We were centrally located near most of the monuments. They were only minutes away, and we felt completely safe. We rented a car to go visit family a few hours away from Rome, and the rental was seamless. All the tours we did were very personalized for the four of us. Each guide spoke very good English, were quite knowledgeable of the history of each site, and took the time to answer all our questions. When we return to Rome, we will DEFINITELY use Ciao Italy Tours again!
