I am Suzanne Davis I would like to say I saw Faye Evans for my will and Advice on other matters what a very helpful lady and I appreciate all that she done for me i would always use Faye Evans for any advice in the future I am very happy with her .

My house is packed and i’m ready to move and yet my emails and phone calls go unanswered. It cost us a lot of money in stamp duty by not completing today. The Churchers promise of communicating with us has not been met. We are very upset

Our heartfelt thanks to Jessica Measham for her caring and professional support to our family. Both of our parents died within days of each other just before Christmas 2020. As we struggled with grief and the difficulties a double death involves Jessica was always there for us handling everything we threw at her in such a calm and caring way, I don't know how we could have got through those dark days without her reassuring help, support and care. After taking instructions to perform conveyancing, Churcer's did nothing, and communicated even less. Phone messages and emails went unanswered. I have lost patience with this firm, who have behaved very unprofessionally in my experience.

I recently used Churchers for the purchase of a property. The conveyancing was dealt with by Michelle Low and her colleague Atti. I found Michelle and Atti to be very professional, helpful and they made themselves available to answer my queries. I would certainly instruct Churchers again. Michelle and Atti are a great team who are an asset to this firm.

Had the pleasure of having a solicitor from the Fareham office who did not seem to care much about me as her client and only about the company’s ‘reputation’.
Always felt like i was troubling her as there was no sympathy, might as well have just hired a robot to be my solicitor.
As if divorced isn’t hard enough, my ex husband’s solicitor was more sympathetic to me than my own solicitor! It’s kind of still shocking to me and considering the constant invoices and reminders in my inbox you would expect more... and if there was any outstanding payment, there would be no contact at all (relatable to another reviewer)
I truly feel like this solicitor didn’t like me because i was not British. Perhaps Churchers are good solicitors but this review is based solely on my honest EXPERIENCE which I feel entitled to share as in a time of extreme financial difficulty, I have given some of my last pennies to this company (even needed to borrow money from my parents who are struggling with finances themselves)

I recently used Churchers for a commercial matter. Matthew Bailey provided assistance and was knowledgeable, articulate, empathetic and a down-right nice bloke. Without too much fuss Matthew offered a solution which resolved my problem. Without doubt, he will be my go-to should I ever need legal advice in future. Great service

I can thoroughly recommend Churchers Solicitors after having had cause to use their services after having had a fall at a well known fast food outlet 2 years ago.
Claire Bond from the Cosham branch dealt with my personal injury claim and is a credit to her profession. I can honestly say that Claire was professional as well as pleasant and friendly. She kept me completely in the loop throughout the whole business, having made it clear at the very beginning that it wouldn't be a speedy process. Even during the lockdown periods of 2020, Claire kept in touch and made sure I was always up to date with each stage of the claim. I finally received a very satisfying settlement at the beginning of this month and am extremely grateful for all the work Claire put in to negotiate a fair settlement for me.
I would be more than happy to call upon Churchers again should I need the services of a solicitor in the future.

I have just completed the writing of my Will. The completely professional advice from Faye Evans gave me my options and assistance in me making the decisions I needed to. My husband phoned Churchers Ryde on Monday 16th March & was put through to a person called Yvonne Stone who made an appointment to meet us for Wednesday 18th at 2.30.
When we arrived we were met by a lady who said there was nothing in her diary & she knew nothing about any appointment because she was not working on Monday.
We were informed that because the said 'Yvonne' had underlying health problems she was not there. The lady called her & said she would come in 10 minutes.
Totally unprofessional, how can you have confidence when you are treated like this.
We picked this firm because it was recommended by the Law society. Well all I can say is the whole episode left us feeling the firm appeared very unprofessional and not someone we would wish to do any business with, hence we left & will take our business elsewhere.

You have totally missed the point, it was NOT the wait that concerned us but the fact that Ms Stone. had arranged an appointment with us and was NOT there leaving both my husband and I 'at risk' sitting waiting in the front office. We are both in our 70's and have serious underlying health conditions.
That is what I was referring too as unprofessional which is was and uncaring!

We have used Churchers for our past two house moves. We have been very impressed with their work - they kept us informed every step of the way, and never hesitated to chase up other parties to keep things moving. We wouldn’t now go anywhere else - and would use the firm in the future for any legal advice.

The housing legal department took on my case a while ago. I was on legal aid which meant there is a budget. I went over my budget but they still continued to fight my corner. We had several court cases and we won every single one of them. The judge knew i was on legal aid hence why he kept changing court dates and kept adjoining them. Unfortunately I had a doubtful pleasure of dealing with Churchers Solicitors. First of all I ended up with a bill of £341 for a house I didn’t buy. I believe this company has disgusting trading standards and definitely please avoid them if you can...
