Very big delay in delivery. You despatched 26/1/26, An Post first messaged 27/1 and I did not receive package until Wednesday 11/2!!! Very much outside usual timelines experienced previously with you.

Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating a delay like this can be. Your order was placed and dispatched from CH Tralee on 26/01/26. After that, it was with An Post, and according to their tracking, the delivery unfortunately experienced unexpected delays.
Once parcels are with An Post, we don’t have control over transit times, but we’re always happy to assist with tracking or any enquiries if needed.
Most parcels are usually delivered within 1–2 business days, so we’re very sorry that this wasn’t your experience and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

The staff so frieny and nice
My husband liked the breakfast, but I am a vegetarian, and the choice was limited. Dinner could have been hotter. There was an issue with the heating in the bedroom. The staff were all so helpful and nice. We really enjoyed the music in the bar.

I love the Shiseido brand and find it really suits my mature skin.
I love the Shiseido brand and find it hard to source it in Cork, so was delighted to see I could buy it on line from ch. Tralee. Got my foundation two working days from the date I ordered, very happy with the product.
