No Customer Service
I’ve never used them but our partners have used them to ship to our warehouses. They call me last week to confirm a delivery for today. I’ve called numerous times trying to track the delivery but had no success reaching anyone. Tried different prompts and got the same results. Sit on hold for a few minutes, then transfers me to an agent. But instead of a person answering the call, the phone just rings endlessly. Customer service is apparently nonexistent here. I’m requesting to my partners that they use a different carrier moving forward.
Poor account management
Poor account management, difficult billing reconciliation, inadequate support, and a platform that made it challenging to separate legacy obligations from current operations. Customer service was unable to provide clear resolution, resulting in significant administrative burden.
Waiting over a month

We could have paid 1/3 for 1-month Ocean delivery instead of their "10-14 day air" claim. I beleive they just use Ocean and are dishonest about based on information released to me.

Pseudo Bureaucratic Scam Artist Drop Shippers
There was a complete lack of communication. C.H. Robison insulates themselves from the customer by having a non-existent customer service department and vague or dead ended ways to contact them and the actual freight service via email or online chat. Instead of delivering your freight directly they dump it in some warehouse where it sits and rots and gets abused until it's convenient for them to drop it off at its final location most likely late and botched in some other way. it's their word against yours and if you want to dispute hidden charges, there are so many hoops you have to jump through, it becomes a bureaucratic nightmare. it's been a month since I used them for the first and last time, and on Memorial Day they had an AI bot call me and say I owed more money... At this point I feel they are targeting and extorting me specifically because I reported them to the BBB, and in my anger told them I did so. Do not use this company they are extortionists and drop shippers.

Horrible buisness model
I booked a pick up and delivery 2 weeks ago. It has been postponed three times. After holding on the phone for 1 hour I am told they have no idea when the carrier will pick it up. Furthermore they said it is in a rural area so they do not pick up daily. Acting as though i should know that. They said they "encourage" me to contact the carrier directly. Of course that information was never provided. This is a horrible buisness model, why am I not contacting the carrier directly. There should be no Booking date available it would be more honest to say we will pick it up when we feel like it and by the way pay in advance. Never using them again.

Have puled for them loads for years. After one load was damaged , they wanted to take my money for the damages instead of using my insurance. Actually trying to act like insurance company but has no the insurance license. Its a gamble to pull loads for them. One accident and they will take all yours money. I was lucky I had no balance with them. They dont care about carriers, they like to lick customers ass.

zero communication or ability to update on anything related to delivery, pickup, service, etc... was completely blown off twice without any notice or update on rescheduling. been on hold for over 2 hours (no joke …and climbing). clearly they have zero customer service support or office personnel. absolutely horrible experience ...please, please, please only use them as an absolute last resort and your neighborhood kid with their wagon isn't available as they would be faster and more professional. trash company!

Was good (which is why they got a 2star), but then went terrible. They damaged $700 of product in transit, I put in a claim that was ignored for 4 months (only responded to when I withheld payment - which they insisted was the priority). They increased my rates as a result of the claim, damaged more stock, then offered $60 compensation.
I pointed out the over $200k I'd spent, but that was ignored. Highly recommend NOT to use them, they don't care about their customers. (All screenshots are still available)
Very disappointing…
We’ve had a very disappointing experience with C.H. Robinson since the transition from Freightquote.com.
A shipment we booked had its freight class changed after the fact, resulting in additional charges. We formally disputed this, but the claim was ignored, and no clear explanation has ever been provided for the reclassification.
Instead of resolving the issue, our account was placed on credit hold. We paid the disputed amount in good faith to keep operations moving, yet the account continues to be restricted. At one point, a shipment was processed, only for the account to be placed back on hold again, creating further disruption to our business.
Communication has been inconsistent, and escalation has not led to resolution. For a company of this size, this level of service is concerning.
This is a highly competitive industry, and service, transparency, and accountability matter. Based on our experience, the level of support we previously received does not align with what we are seeing now.
We hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements.

Garbage company don’t waste your time they never picked up the shipment no updates nothing just blank.. I requested to cancel (which they did) waiting for my deposit.. but don’t waste your time with this unprofessional company “and I use the word company loosely
Awful communication
Waste of my time, if people knew how to properly communicate things would be less stressful. Booked load for 1/5 get there they say 1/6. Paperwork shows pickup time. If they did not have load ready why have me drive 2 & a half hours to get there just to wait til the next day. I do not like my time wasted but What goes around comes around :)

The worse company to deal with , always delay and reschedule and they didn’t show up and they use a local deliver company that they don’t care at all

Poor communication with brokers. Everyone out after 3 pm, after hours not responding. Took us off the load that we supposed to pick up even we gave correct pick up eta 1 hr 25 minutes before the load, and nobody communicates that loan is canceled
